The parking situation because of the roadworks right in front of the hotel. It is difficult to get there using only the navigation but the hotel offers parking even if it's the same price as the parking at the mall right next to it.

The location was just what we needed for this trip. Also a very quiet area at night.

Felt a little pricey considering I had no meals included and it is still an uphill 10 minute or so walk to the main train station.

Nice apartment, with a fairly empty pool and gym, and good location close to the main station of Stuttgart. The room was spacious and staff are always around to help. It is connected to a shopping mall and close to a tram station, so convenient in that regard. Was allowed to check in early too!

We were checked in to a cheaper room than what we’d paid for. No reason was given but I was able to swap once I alerted them. No offer to help or apology. Big shopping centre gave many options for meals.

Comfortable room in a budget hotel. Super comfortable bed and pillows. Very clean and good sound proofing. Gentlemen working in the bistro was really lovely.

Unfortunately, we had a bad check-in experience at this hotel due to the reception staff's behavior. The reception area felt tiny for such a large hotel, creating a long check-in line. The worst part was a receptionist (the lady with dyed black hair (unfortunately couldn't catch her name)) who seemed to favor German guests and skipped the queue for them. She also ignored our specific reservation for an upper floor room. Thankfully, her colleague (the girl with blond hair) was very nice and sorted it out in the end. Could've been a better start!

The hotel is impressive and is placed in a great location. It is conveniently close to the train station, and a superb mall (the Milaneo mall) is right behind it. The rooms are beautiful and the kitchens are fully equipped with whatever you need.

Food wasn't good. When telling that, they said it was a matter of taste. Further, parking the car was a hassle.

The space was very compact, but certainly adequate. The shower glass was too narrow - it was hard to keep the water inside the shower.

Excellent location to walk into the city center, to the train station or city transport. It had a washer/dryer combo! Comfortable bed, good blackout curtains, good wifi, elevator!

I find the price for Hotel underground parking a bit steep. 25 € for a one night stay. If the AC in the room were to work adequately it would be a 9/10 .

The location is key for this Hotel. It is located next to the Mileano Mall and the gorgeous Public library. It is close to the inner city, train station, restaurants and the Schlosspark. Breakfast was good, coffee ;) was good and friendly breakfast staff.

Hairs on the pillows and duvets on arrival. Small bed. Flat, unsupportive pillows. Shower curtain instead of a door. Bathroom needed to be cleaned better. Water temperature in the shower constantly surged hot and cold.

The room was quiet and a good size. Nice views of green roofs, children and dogs playing in a fountain, and the countryside beyond the train station. Kitchenette with basic appliances was helpful. Refrigerator worked really well. Good water pressure in the shower.

hotel is located a little far from train station but close to mall you can easily buy things you need in a short walk Staff are nice and friendly Rooms are clean and we got a connecting room as requested that was great. Rooms fully equip with kitchenette you can cook and do laundry

The wayerwaste sounds were so loud that as we traveled with a baby, it was difficult to use WC at midnight.

The location is good, near the city center. The facilities in the rooms are ok too.

The rooms are hot AC seems to be not doing pretty good job. Bathroom ventilation wasn't working. the beds are a little too stiff and not comfortable.

The location was great the staff is good and helpful, microwave and fridge are nice. Having it near the shopping mall makes find you needs easy. there is indoor parking and outside public parking with 3 EV charges for 6 cars.
