We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Germany-internet was so weak and slow -no Water served in the room as well as in the restaurant -remote for tv was not working - towels are too old, it’s too hard already! - the breakfast was always the same everyday. What I find very disgusting are the fruit flies all over the food (see picture) - I would agree with the other comments. Coffee is not drinkable. It is too bitter no matter how much sugar you put in - the sugar on the tables are all empty. You can’t pour anything since it’s hard already - There’s just one person for everything. kitchen, receptionist, service - I have to wait for a long time for checkout. No one was there. I have to call their phone and make it as a buzzer for someone to come even though I have used there bell couple of times - the place is not in the center. Will take you around 20 mins with tram. The surrounding is a bit scary. No stores, no restaurants
-this hotel has the cheapest price in Leipzig, with breakfast. If the negative comments below doesn’t bother you, then choose this. - friendly staff - good lobby - near a tram station. 5 min walk

GermanyFor that price, there isn't really scope for additional demands above and beyond those that were met. Overall a pleasant stay. Of course you cannot expect a luxurious experience for under 60,–. Value for money is excellent.
For the price, I was pleasently surprised. The room was small but cosy, the hotel easy to get to, the staff friendly and welcoming, the breakfast buffet was varied with savory and sweet options – cereal, rolls, cheese, eggs, jams, cake, yogurt – everything the heart desires. The free Wifi worked well.

I had a great service, my room was small, but for 1 person or a couple it was fine. I also brought my own toiletries and had my own iPad to watch Netflix, since there was not TV in the room, only radio. But I was very comfortable, and the breakfast service was excellent.

GermanyThe room wasn't super clean but it's not as bad as some people might describe it.
There are some bad reviews about this hotel but when I went there I was actually pleasantly surprised. The breakfast in the morning was tasty and plentiful (I went there right after they opened the breakfast room) additional bonus: the bread is still warm when you get there in the morning. The room was quiet and ok clean. The tram/train connection is excellent. The hotel is right next to the station Leipzig-Sellerhausen (which is great after a long journey) and during my stay I could easily take the tram from Annenstraße to the city center.
