Basic hotel near Erwin Schrödinger Center. We came for a conference, so the localization was perfect. The room was clean, and comfy, although freezer would be nice :)

Very nice hotel. Clean, with its own gym and people ready to help you with everything. The only thing i can describe as a "little" bad is its location. It is located 30 to 35 minutes away from berlin (but the train station is very close to it)! Overall a great experience!! 😁

There was a bad smell on the linens, I don’t think everything was cleaned perfectly.

It was close to the city center by bus. It was safe. There was water and jelly bean as a kind gift.

It is a very nice, comfortable and very clean hotel. The personel is very kind and welcomed. It is 5 minutes from the S'bahn station. Of course i would recomend it!

Wifi not so good. Phone doesn't operate. The door room it was no so good and it was very difficult to close. One day when I come back to hotel I found the door to my room was completely opened.

Decent stay, but the room had a carpet with a strange smell, was a bit noisy, and the shower could have been hotter.

Breakfast felt pricy. Can’t judge the quality of it as we preferred going somewhere else. Heat wasn’t on and had to turn it on, took a little while to get warm which isn’t ideal with a tiny baby.

Close to the u-bahn station, which is few station away to the airport. Has restaurants and more facilities around. Bed was confortable.

Rooms were clean and comfortable. Thermostat in room worked unlike other hotels in the area. Bed was comfortable. Not a far walk from BAM. Good public transportation option nearby along with restaurants and a comprehensive grocery store. The property also offers apartments that I may have chosen, had I known it was through the hotel.

On the last night, the central air recouperation started to make noise that I couldnt turn off.

Location was very good for my purposes, breakfast very nice and the room super big.

It was too cold in the room. And there was no heater only AC set to default temperatures.

I was in Berlin in 30. degree days, and there was no cooling in the room unfortunately which lead to hot nights and difficulty to sleep. Couldn't open the windows because of the traffic noise and but closing them kept the heat inside. If aircon was working, the room and stay would have been perfect.

When I arrived the safe battery was not working. I reported it and, by the next day, the battery had been replaced but the safe did not work. I reported it again and it was replaced. Good that all this happened but would have been better if it worked from the beginning!

Any customer is fully dependent on public transport. Construction works in the location may fully change the preliminary plans about the activities. Diverted transport makes you mad.

There is all kind of transportation just out of the front door of the hotel. S bahn, tram, bus, scooters of all kinds. They offer also an amazing looking breakfast (but unfortunately didn’t try it because we were in a hurry) And the staff was very nice, friendly and polite. We will most certainly return again.

The room was too hot, unfortunately my one hadn't had air-conditioning installed, the others had, but the staff provided me with a fan, which cooled the temperature down a little.

The hotel is unassuming outside,but inside was great. The reception staff were lovely, helpful and professional. My room and shower room were great, big, comfortable. There was a free laundrette in the hotel,which I took advantage of. Breakfast was very good, plenty to choose from.

1. What was no good, was that the gym has been closed for the past three weeks! You advertise that the gym as a useable facility on your website, but it was closed for weeks, that is not good at all! 2. Breakfast costs a lot for what is provided (17,00 € pro Person per Tag)!! I would suggest more of a varitiy instead of the small basic selection for that price, which is expensive.

On my Daughters behave because it was me that Booked the room for her and her friend. The Room with the kitchen setting was very good, because they wanted to place their food and drinks in the fridge. A plug socket was hanging off the wall. They didn't recieve new towels nor fresh toliet roll the next morning.

No kettle in the room

A comfortable hotel in a quiet area. Friendly service. Clean and spacious room. A nice touch - gummies - a favorite gift for my daughter. Tasty and varied breakfasts
