Check-in was a little pain in the butt. I rented two rooms and I had to feel all the information out on a tablet. I might as well did a shelf check-in a day before my long travel.

The room was nice. The breakfast was amazing. Anything g you wanted they had for breakfast. The breakfast crew was amazing.

We were 2 adults with a 5year old and the room was too small. There wasn’t a door to the bathroom so no privacy at all. When people in the next room left and closed the doors our room walls moved.

General cleaning was good. However, in the bedroom, under the sofa we found some balls of dirt and pieces of snacks. After contacting reception, the staff promptly resolved the problem. Some chairs in the restaurant had stains, which gave a feeling of not being clean.

Hotel`s location in the city was good (next to train station, a supermarket, nice restaurants in short walking distance). Breakfast was great with variety of warm & cold options. Spa is the best part of the hotel for sure We had a hiccup with the cleaning schedule however the staff was very nice to compensate for it

Wish there was some green space for dogs at the hotel.

The room was very spacious and clean. The spa area was so relaxing - it was great to spend time swimming and reading there. The breakfast buffet was very good and had a wide selection of food.

High price for parking.

The location is great for accessing the skiing areas by bus, train or walking to Hausberg in 10 minutes, as well as the centre of the town for leisure shopping. The hotel is new, very modern and super cozy. Child friendly yet peaceful for adults looking for relaxation at the restaurant, bar and spa. Great bar service with yummy cocktails. All staff very friendly. In general the hotel is accommodating your wishes where possible.

The pool's water temperature is too low (inside, outside and hot tub). Only a few degrees higher temperature and the pools would be perfect. Most of the signs are in German only without English. The room is little bit too small.

There were some small moments which left a poor impression. There were zero products in the bathroom except for a soap dispenser. We arrived with nothing and asked for some lotion and hair conditioner: We were directed to the hotel shop. There are no towels provided in the sauna area, which left us reusing the smallish pool towels provided in the room - it didn’t feel hygienic. There seemed to be too few staff and/or some disorganization: Empty glasses and beer cans sat around in the pool area, mistakes happened around our dinner order at the bar.

Beautiful design, gorgeous spa area. Our room was a bit underwhelming, it may be down to the room category but at the price point we still expected differently.

Checkin experience could have been better, left waiting for 15 minutes when there were 6 members of staff stood there talking. Eventually the manager shouted and one came to deal with us - not great. The charge of E17 per day for parking was pretty steep too!

It's a beautiful room for a couple, but wouldn't have been appropriate to share the room with a friend or family members. (I think it would be better to mention this or shown pictures of it more clearly for non-couples) I paid extra for a room with a view as well, but it was partially blocked by the hotel building, which wasn't great. And the breakfast was good, but it wasn't consistent, some days there were very limited food served that wasn't cereal or bread with cheeses. For the 3 nights I stayed there, only one of the breakfasts served sausages and salmon, the other two breakfast days were very minimal with what was available.

The room was very beautiful and very comfortable and clean. The views were beautiful. It's also located right behind the train station, not far away from the town centre and extremely close to the station to catch a train or bus to the Zugspitze mountain. The bathroom has an open concept, which was very beautiful, but would not have been appropriate if I had shared the room with anyone else but my partner. There is a door for where the toilet bowl is at, but the shower area was completely open, it has a glass door to prevent water from splashing out, but it meant that whoever you shared your room with would be able to watch you shower, if they wanted to use the link and/or the toilet.

Our bed was very unstable and noisy, I had many sleepless nights. A stable, more solid mattress base would solve this. I did book a room with a sofa bed, however it was taken.

Food was amazing, the bar area during Christmas was super cozy with a fireplace and lovely decorations, friendly staff, wonderful spa area and great location, close to train station and centre of town.

It feels a bit overpriced, but I suppose you are paying for the central location, mountain views and large pool/spa. Our room was very warm which made sleeping a bit difficult. There are no controls in the room itself but if we were to open a window it would be too loud as we were on the side of a busy road (this diminishes the mountain view a bit). In the mornings this got noisy with traffic. Room is nice and clean but a bit compact and very basic toiletries (just soap which is offered for as 2 in 1 shampoo/body wash).

The pool and spa facilities are very nice. The restaurant and breakfast aregood and it has a really nice bar area. We had a nice check-in experience and the facilities are new a clean. Great location.

There was no minibar in the rooms and i found this extremely inconvenient when traveling with a baby or toddler. We had all these snacks and food we brought with us which we then couldn’t store because there was no fridge in our room. For smaller babies who need milk, or women who breastfeed and need to store their milk, i found this incredibly unaccommodating and plainly unfair. If it’s a climate change issue and you’re trying to cut back on costs for electricity then at least have other options available and on-hand options when requested to better accommodate moms and families. This is a super incredibly family friendly hotel and I LOVED that about it but the missing mini fridge was a huge disappointment for us.

Close to the center. Easy access to lifts and trains to other mountains/lifts. Supermarket directly across the street. Staff were accommodating and willing to help when needed. Super quick with fulfilling requests like extra bedsheets, baby diaper bin, new robes etc.
