Beautiful hotel (courtyard parking) with lovely spacious, clean, modern and comfortable rooms. The restaurant was closed for dinner but lots of restaurants close-by and Osnabruck old-town centre is a five minute walk and lovely.

We were not aware that the car park gate was locked at night, so could not access our vehicle.

This characterful hotel is really well situated for exploring the old part of the town, which is just a short walk away. Our rooms were very clean and larger than expected, and quiet as they overlooked the courtyard - there was a little road noise in the morning, but only to be expected in a town centre. Beds were comfy. Breakfast was lovely, a great selection including good coffee and interesting homemade jams. There was a mix-up with our booking (one room had been double booked) but the proprietor was very understanding and helpful. Safe parking for motorcycles, for a small charge. We would definitely stay here again.

Lack of elevator was the only downside of this experience.

The service was very friendly and helpful, we could even speak in English. The parking in the courtyard was fantastic. We loved the breakfast and how it was presented in a sustainable way (no plastics and no disposable packaging). Location was great, a very pleasant short walk to the old part of the city.

A good location close to the old town. The hotel is a basic B&B establishment and there are plenty of places to eat in the nearby old town. We would recommend the "Lagerhalle" as we were treated to a two hour blues music night as we ate, a great venue. The secure car park was great for overnight parking of motorbikes.

I booked for a double bed room. But instead got two separate single beds. I mentioned to the person in charge and he just gave me a lame excuse and didn't consider changing and giving me a proper room. It is overpriced

We thought the breakfast was very good. We are used to a continental style breakfast and this had everything we were expecting from yoghurt and cereal to cheese and ham (the goats cheese was a nice surprise). The location is excellent - a 5 minute walk to the old town where we found lovely bars and restaurants. The parking is secure, behind a shutter door so we left our motorbikes out in the courtyard quite happily. The family are lovely and made us very welcome. Note - this was our 2nd visit to Hotel Klute so I think that says it all.

The curtains are not blinding and a lot of light comes inside the room in the morning. Not a big deal, but worth to mention for the ones with light sleep. The building is renovated but not new, therefore if people are talking in the corridor (e.g. in the morning), you would hear them quite well within the room (however nothing the owners can really do about impoliteness of guests). After reading all the nice reviews about this hotel, I perhaps had too high expectations myself. However, I did not experienced such as remarkable or friendly attitude as described from other guests in all the reviews online. We were received and after registration we were given the keys as in any other hotel with a reception. Very few and sterile information were provided. I am fine with it as additional information are easily accessible online. However, I`d like to add this note as I did not experienced what it is so much complimented online about this hotel...

The Hotel is located within 6-10 minutes walking distance to the city center (depending on the walking speed). The Hotel has a parking area for guests that can be used with additional 5 euros. Parking outside the hotel is allowed for 3 hours between 9.00-18.00 and free at night. The toilette was very very very clean, which for me it is a very important aspect. I did not try breakfast, but it is available for additional 10 euros per person.
