Very clean rooms and the hotel in general was modern and very clean. Comfortable beds and the bathroom had lots of space. The breakfast was worldclass and the service level was very high. The location of the hotel is perfect. Perfect garage for our car and you can charge the electric car as well, even the garage is very clean. Just at perfect hotel and staff :)

The hotel was in a really good location for exploring Goslar. The room clean and modern. The breakfast was delicious. The lady who checked us in was really helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

The breakfast is excellent with great varieties. The room is spacious and comfortable. The garage is really convenient if you drive a car here. The staff is helpful and friendly. If I go to Goslar again, I'm sure I will stay at this hotel again.

There is one very minor point but is why I reduced the “value for money” score - there was a bottle of sparkling water in the room when we arrived & it was replenished on 2 of the following 3 days we stayed. Lovely touch I thought, particularly as I had to take pills just before bed and it was nice to know there was fresh water there. On the last morning, my husband noticed there was a tag on the bottle with 5e50 on it & yes, on checkout we were charged for two bottles - apparently only the 1st one is complimentary. I thought this was a bit mean of them, after all we paid exactly the same rate for each of the 4 nights we stayed. You’d think they would give you a bottle for each night - I think should be seen as a loyalty bonus :-)

The location, parking, the modern and very comfortable & spotlessly clean rooms (air-conditioning, beds, plenty of cupboards & space, our room had a balcony which was great for sitting out in the sun & overlooked the garden - room 407). The breakfast was superb - the best of the trip so far.

1. No USB socket - we only broungt one charger, but enough cables. - However, this because we forgot another charger at home. :) 2. The bathroom door in our room was - somehow tricky, but was mostly fine. (To be more precise, when someone is on the toilet, the door cannot be directly opened. - The one on the toilet should move a little bit, but again, this is not a big problem.)

1. Very friendly hotel staff! 2. Not far from train station. 3. Has balkon in the room we stayed. 4. The curtains outside the windows was good and safe. 5. Clean and tidy, of course. 6. We like the lamps in the room, for example, lamps under the bed. 7. They provide - could be bus ticket or so - but we didn't use that. This coupoun should save money for transport somehow.

Conviently located just outside the old town. Nice big room. Very clean. Superp breakfast with lots of choices. A very good parking place that could be reached with the elevator.

Excellent breakfast, great service throughout our stay. For example they booked our bikes for us and had a secure location for them to be stored overnight. Very friendly staff.
