It was hard to check in because German is not my mother tongue. One has to.check in with using a phone and this was complicated.

Very good connection to public transport, only few stops from the main train station. An underground car park is also available. The hotel is modernly furnished, stylistically consistent and the staff is very friendly.

The check-in was "unconventional". We had to call a phone number to check-in and had a person from a different hotel answer the phone. They then told me we didn't have a reservation - as a joke as it turns out. I promptly hung up the phone because I thought I had dialled the wrong number. Fortunately they called back quickly and cleared up our confusion. Because we checked in via phone, we couldn't get a second card that evening and forgot to ask about breakfast. The room was not the cleanest I`ve ever been to, but it wasn't bad.

The staff on-site in the hotel were very friendly and helpful and seemed to work hard to make the guests happy. The lobby and the rooms was furnished and decorated tastefully. The breakfast was good and offered a large variety of foods and drinks. Check-out was easy. The hotel can be reached easily via public transport from the central station.

The room was heavily perfumed, hardly bearable. Other rooms were not perfumed, apprently. Due to time constraints I could not bring this up to the staff. I assume the room was used with smoking permitted before.

The room had nice decor, looked modern and a specious bathroom with shower. Breakfast was good, but a bit overpriced for the selection offered.

The new shower is open fully on one side and water is splashed into the rest of the bathroom when one is showering. The new sink is too small. There is no shelf/room to keep your toothbrush and other toiletries on. Our bedsheet had a stain.

We liked the size of the room and the bed. We also liked the room as it had a balcony and was facing the garden.

There was little problem with parking. In the garage were renovating works ongoing.

There were renovations going on in some of the guest rooms. Twice I had to call because it was too loud to take a noon nap, there was drilling from the left side and hammering on top of the room. My complaint was, however, immediately considered and the noise stopped.

Staff was very friendly and professional. The overall design of the hotel is quite nice. Location is excellent. Breakfast is great.

It was very hot and the hotel does not have any aircon. My room was facing the main street, so the tram kept passing by regularly. There is also a hotel nearby so all the emergency vehicles were speeding with their sirens on throughout the night. The notice was not a problem when I kept the windows closed. But that meant that I had to sleep in a very very hot room. I asked if I could at least get a fan the person downstairs promised to check it out but I am not sure if she actually understood my question. Anyway, because of the hot room, I was not able to sleep very well. I was expecting that with this price you would already get some sort of cooling system for your room, but I was wrong.

The room was spacious enough for one. It was also very clean and nicely decorated. The bed was comfortable and the linen was of good quality.

The room was on the street side, which became loud after around 7:00 in the morning. In the summer, the room gets hot and you have to open the windows, which unfortunately increases loudness.

There is a very little variation in the breakfast offer from day to day, but this is, I guess, mitigated by the sufficiently wide variety of food one can select from.

We really liked the room with the garden view and balkony. The bed was very comfortable. We also had a small fridge which was very handy in the warm weather.

I feel that more should be done with towels ,as they look awful and my hear dryer was not working .It was not perfectly cleaned also.Hear and dust in bathroom .

Rooms have no fridge inside, and they lack some additional lighting, sheets and better covers.

The service was good, friendly and helpful. Regarding the room, the matress was good, the bathroom as well, and in general the hotel has a new and modern decoration.
