You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

SwitzerlandI am nit picking here but there were a couple of things. The drink dispensing machine at the lobby only had sparkling water option. Although, the tap water in Germany is completely safe to drink, it becomes especially important for kids.
The room was charming and has an individuality to it. It stands out with its spiral staircase with living room upstairs. The bathroom equipped with jacuzzi and the hotel has a sauna. The staff was highly professional yet maintained their Bavarian flair. A cozy and traditional style hotel with iconic German breakfast that I always look forward to and this didn't disappoint.

GermanyMy stay was very pleasant. The staff had very nice attentions. The breakfast was delicious, and the breakfast room is very nicely decorated. The room was very clean and in order. I appreciated being able to watch foreign TV channels. The balcony was pleasant, especially with the morning sunlight. I did not smoke, but if you're a smoker, you'd appreciate having this space for you rather than going out of the hotel. The hotel is really close to the city center of Wangen, but parking was really easy. Lots of space available.

One can see that they took care of making a warm and welcoming hotel and that they pay attention to the well-being of their guests. The location is also really great: central and yet convenient to access by car. Everything was there to make a delightful journey, I'd definitely recommend this hotel and will come back for sure.

GermanyGood breakfast. No frills room but that was actually a good thing because it's easy to keep it clean. There's a huge parking lot right next to the hotel's premises. Hotel stuff was kind and helpful. Good Wi-Fi connectivity (tested in 2 separate rooms). A big modern TV, not one of those that resemble more of a tablet.
