The bed was slightly squeaky, but overall OK

Very nice location - walking distance from the train station, and yet hotel is situated in a nice and quite neighborhood. The room was clean, and had a lot of nice extras - like a kettle, a bottle of mineral water, some tea, etc. Breakfast was also very good - a lot to choose from.

Room's poor level of cleanliness (hair on toilet lid and towels; stained carpet; dusty nightstand). No hot water in the shower (even after waiting shower water gets at best lukewarm). No elevator (guests have to schlep their luggage up the stairs).

Good location (10min walk from main station, nice neighborhood (restaurants nearby). Comfy bed, pleasant room size.

Elevator in hotel only for one person. The taps for hot and cold water in the bathroom where interchanged.

Hotel close to the center in a pleasant area of the city (Oststadt). We had booked a "double comfort room", which was quiet and very spacy, and included a little kitchenette and couch. Comfortable beds.

Not an issue for me but be aware you have to go up some stairs to access the very small lift.

Easy walking distance from town/station. Very friendly and helpful receptionist. Extremely comfortable and clean. Would stay here again.

One of the towels had a couple of hairs. I know this is something that happens sometimes, as it is difficult to control that for every single towel and bed sheets and everything. The room was anyways VERY clean! The breakfast was a bit expensive we think, but we did not book it in advance, so that might be the reason.

The room was a lot bigger than we expected, and it had all kinds of commodities. I really appreciate our dog was accepted without any extra charge. He was treated as if one more person, and he was given treats all the time! There was no noise whatsoever and we had no problem.

As frequent visitors to Hannover we would definitely stay here again. The room was large, clean and quiet. I really liked having a kettle, fridge and microwave. The reception/bar area has a piano which is lovely to see and the breakfast room looked very inviting. The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming when we arrived a little early which is so important after a long drive, flight, train and walk to get the hotel and we were able to access our room an hour earlier.

the breakfast buffet, big bathroom, has a balcony, very near to restaurants, clean place, accommodating staff, and most especially the warm compress bag (who would’ve thought, the hotel has it) which I found very useful since I had my strong, painful period that time.

I had a heavy suitcase and there was no elevator to go the second floor (they hotel has two locations next to each other, I wasn't in the main one, they might have a lift there).

very nice staff, I checked-in late and they offered me to stay 1h longer in the morning. the room was spotless and beautiful. I liked the style, it looks renovated but it still has charm. The breakfast was great.

The noises from above which carried -scraping furniture at 2am upstairs but hardly fault of management through happily the rest of my floor ( 1st) was quiet.

Couldn’t fault for convenience in so many ways - I liked the fact this was family run with an obvious commitment to good service. everything I could think of was provided in my room- warmth , lots of details :-all the usual including kettle , hot water bottle, teas, chocolates , bathroom requisites -a little like a home from home in one room . I was in the single room which was perfectly adequate for my needs - I got the last room but if I stayed again I’d probably go for a bigger room . I cannot comment on breakfast as I didn’t try it .

The hotel is located near the train station while the district is very quiet. The room is large and clean. The breakfast is not cheap, but very nutritious. The staff is very kind and the Internet is fast.

This hotel should get 5 stars on the hotel rating. Spacious, clean, quiet room with comfy beds and clean sheets. The breakfast was also excellent and the hotel is cozy and well-located.

The refreshments prepared in the room were not updated daily. The weather happened to be very hot and it was difficult to sleep without air conditioning. The water pressure in the shower was insufficient.

It's very close to the train station and there are many restaurants nearby. Breakfast was very rich.

Very nice room, with a large balcony and very modern and clean bathroom. I arrived at 01:15 in the morning and had booked it just minutes before due to Deutsche Bahn cancellation, and the receptionist was friendly.

Super nice room. The service was nice and cordial. I liked the details of the room, from the bed where we found even the betthupferl (candies on the pillow) to the bathroom.
