No elevator after 20 o'clock, and if you are with the entire family and such baggage, it is not nice for you. There, you can hear every little noise and mission impossible to sleep.

Everything is acceptable if it is for a night and for this price.

freezing room on arrival as windows were open and didn’t get an explanation where the radiators were which took a while to get the room warm so slept with a jumper on as blankets so thin. tv didn’t work. shower door needs looking at

The double bed had one side on the wall and the tv was not at the feet end , its on the left of the bed. But never mind...

Nice little, friendly place. I liked the key service at late check in. I probably stay again. Easy parking . Quiet side road.

It was the room I wanted. Small and cozy "chambre des bonnes" at the highest floor. Water pressure in the bathroom was ok.Wi-fi was ok. Location is in a residential area easily reachable by city train. It takes about 30mins from the main station to the hotel room. There is an elevator and a fridge in the main hall where you can pick your water, soft drink or beer. There is a very convenient shopping mall nearby where you can buy fresh food, clothes and travel accessories.

Check-out is by 12:00 on the hotel website and on the Booking page. The staff kick off guests an hour early and say there is a bug on the internet. They didn't apologize. No professionalism.

The location is definitely not an exciting one. But it was quiet.

The size of the room! We were a family of three plus a dog, and the triple bed room was quite large for us all, especially at this price.

There was no one at the reception to make the check in and there are several telephone numbers on the door but there was no answer... We stayed 10 min outside before someone called back. Also had some questions about the parking, but nobody replied on the booking app before we arrived there .

There was no teapot in the room, so no hot tea before bed. There is a coffee machine in the dining room, but I don't know if you are allowed to use it outside the breakfast hours. Also it would be nice to provide some taxi information since not all the taxis in Hamburg serve this area.

Great location in a quiet area. 5 minutes walk from S-bahn Neugraben train station, 7 minutes walk from a big supermarket, shops and Sparkasse. Good breakfast and the breakfast hours are very convenient - 6 to 10 a.m. daily.

Some furniture is worn but still in usable condition.

Very friendly staff. They called to confirm the arrival time since we were delayed. Family room is good for a family up to 4 or 5. Stay is good for a city trip.

Good communications to Hamburg city and within the A/B zone. Journey by train took 30 minutes.

Because it was the room just beside the entrance, I heard almost everybody coming in and going out. It's not the fault of the hotel, guests could behave better. Slamming doors is nothing I need at midnight.

Room was small, but ok. Bathroom bright and clean. Breakfast is offered on request, I haven't tried it. Car park available, otherwise plenty of space on the street. Public transport is just around the corner.

The hotel was much better than we expected. Nice clean room with a balcony, good beds, we have a good sleep and started day with good breakfast. We were there over one night for a first time, but not the last.
