The accommodation was very satisfactory clean good wifi for reception. The restaurant service was excellent and the only thing I can say about the food is it was more than ample, although I felt the menu was quite limited.

Hallway towards the rooms has an old house smell

It is ok, old furniture, but in good condition, bathroom looks like it was renovated sometime more recent than the actual room, per total is good for a night stay. Pretty clean and very friendly staff. I also eaten there and the food is very good and portions big, the prices are not cheap but fair overall.

The restaurant is the nicest experience of this trip: an outstanding quite special environment in the middle of forests and little roads to nearby towns; the restaurant is worth a trip, not so much the food but the environment

We were stopping there on travel with two kids and all was good except the staff ( perhaps with some guests ? ) has laud music out well after 11 pm and were drinking outside just under our windows which we needed open as it was very hot in the rooms due to heatwave

It was what they advertise and good value for money, basic but clean and nice. Great breakfast !

The price was fantastic, the place charming and in general I would highly recommend this hotel. The restaurant looked great and it was filled up with patrons. I did not eat there but the menu looked good.

Perfect for an overnight while on the road. Travelling with our dog and needed a convenient stop. The room was clean, bed was comfy. Dinner in the restaurant was excellent and breakfast was really good. It’s a lovely old building. All staff were lovely, welcoming and helpful. Excellent value. I bet the beer garden is great in summer!

There was neither water nor fridge in the room. The price is high for what you get.

The staff are very friendly & helpful. The room was clean. Breakfast was very good & well served. I like the location as it’s just several footsteps away from the forest & the trecking line.

Nice remote German Bier Haus in the country. Good comfortable beds with feather pillows . Plenty of hot water and quality linen. A superb continental breakfast to all the guests . Tea and coffee along with chilled fresh juices of your choice . Lovely fresh baked rolls . Xxx Many thanks to the hosts.

Nothing everything just worked well

Staff were excellent as was the room and facilities Breakfast was great with a view over the garden Car parking was just at the back of the hotel in easy reach. The room had radiators which you can control and windows which can open so perfect temperature. Closed to Koblenz so you can easily visit

I booked and paid for a double room only to arrive to a single bed only big enough for 1 person, i was promised a refund due to the mix up being between Booking.com and the property. The manager said I would receive a refund in the morning of departure, however the manager was not there in the morning and no one could help me. I still have not received a refund. We paid for a double, received confirmation of the double room however received a single room, all we wanted was the refund discrepancy between the two booking type costs.
