My friends gave me rockstar status for booking this place. The Inn had a cozy historical ambiance and the breakfast was huge and varied. Beds were comfy and linens were good quality. Location was great and quiet. We also enjoyed the wine fridge and glasses in our room. Everyone said they would stay there again.

Overall we had a terrific experience at the hotel. I wish we could have been seated in their large dining room once in our 3 day stay (berakfast x3 & dinner once) I asked twice but this didn't happen. Thanks for asking!

The hotel itself is wonderful-full of charm throughout & located in a terrific location, close to paid parking. Room was pretty, chairs & bed comfy. Bathroom was great!

very friendly host (eventhough we arrived approx. 1 hr before check-in time we were welcomed into the hotel/ restaurant), the room was comfy, charming, and quiet. Bathroom offered all amenities. We were allowed to park our bikes in the corridor. We liked the breakfast - a very nice offer with sliced fruits, a selection of cheese and a ham, marmelade. the hotel/restaurant is situated in a quiet area in the city center of Rothenburg. All sites reachable by foot.

The breakfast was exceptional, beds were comfy, staff friendly, nights quiet, and was a good location to explore. We loved the smell of dinner cooking when we opened the room door, so scrumptious!

Staircase to room super narrow but this is unavoidable as it is a 600 year old house. Shower head in bathtub can not be fixed above head but only hand held. Would be good to have an extra fixture/hook to fix it at higher position.

The place is outstanding like living in a museum. Everything top clean and in very good condition. Breakfast very nice and very rich in selection. Extra bread can be taken as day sandwich. Dinner extremly well cooked and nicely served - best 'Sauerkraut' and 'Kassler' I had in over a decade.

Welcoming host. The overall appearance is cozy and warm. Very nicely arranged breakfast table and excellent breakfast with lot of fresh homemade varieties. Clean and cozy room. Parking place P5 close by.

Noise can travel from neighbouring rooms. We had booked the double bed economy which was a tight squeeze with 2x luggage and furnishings in the room.

Charming accomodation in a very good location in the town. The dinner and breakfast were excellent. Ample parking in the surrounding streets for those driving in.

The bathroom didn’t have enough space to place one’s toiletries.

It was an amazing stay. The staff were wonderful. The breakfast was delicious with much choice. The ambience was perfect. One feels like they have gone back in time and are experiencing a moment in history with the impeccable decorations.

It is a old quaint inn that had us right when we walked in. Creaky floors and nice views from our room. The staff was great too. We ate dinner and breakfast there and they were both awesome.

Everything was wonderful! The breakfast blew my mind with the abundant and delicious food. Our room was charming, and I slept well. Most importantly the staff and owners went above and beyond for our group of six! I would definitely stay there again!

Nothing, it was great!

We loved the rustic and romantic style of this inn and the price was excellent. It is inside the city walls and a very brief walk (maybe 275 meters) to the main square. The breakfast was awesome, a selection of breads, cheese, cold cuts, fruit and other items. The staff was very friendly. I regret we did not get a chance to enjoy dinner here as our stay fell on the days the kitchen was closed for dinner.
