Location was great - away from the hustle & bustle of the City entre but close enough to it to get there nice & quickly, very spacious apartment with really useful kitchen & washing machine

the trash bins were not accessible. but we were asked to take them out of the apartement at the end of the stay.

Very clean and well decorated, comfortable and warm. All the kitchen appliances we could need, nice products for showering and a nice touch with welcome drinks, coffee and chocolate! Walking distance from restaurants, supermarket and bakeries. Very lovely and quiet neighbourhood.

The only thing here to mention is the extra bed that was not so comfortable. We were staying the 5 of us though, so for 4 people this place is a perfect place to stay in Hamburg. (But honestly the exta bed is also not something that would cause such a big inconvenience.)

The area was super nice, with a big lake and a huge park right around the corner. The apartment is very well maintained, with nice furniture and both a big and a small balcony. We didn't have breakfast, since this is an apartment, but there were several Nespresso capsules and a coffee machine, as well as teabags, sugar and such. There is an Edeka super close where you can buy all the neccessities. The publics in the area are very easily and quickly accessable. We really liked this place overall, would definetely recommend!

There could have been more information provided about the facilities, how things work, in particular I had to ask about WiFi (which we were never able to connect to) and whether the tap water was drinkable.

The location - a beautiful area - & the space. It was clean and bright.

The check in time off 6PM was quiet late, but they let us park there before which was nice.

The apartment was great and had very comfortable sleeping arrangements. We were four adults and a dog.

In the evening we had no water so we couldn’t brush teeth, shower,… In the night the plumbing made a lot of noise. The problem was solved in the morning.

I think the 2 smaller pullout couches are okay for 1 or 2 nights but couldn't imagine myself staying on them any longer than that.; All the same they weren't terrible!! The shower took a little bit of time to figure out the temperatures and took some time to heat up but again, a minor detail!

Loved the location! It was my parents first time in Hamburg and they loved the area, they felt safe and were delighted to stay at such a lovely location. The apartment was perfect too and matched all of our facilities needs. It was also easy access for my grandma who occasionally needs to use a wheelchair

Getting into the building was inconvenient if your group came in separately.

The property was conveniently located near Alsterpark with many restaurants within walking distance. Also, the quiet environment, as it was a weekend, was lovely in a busy city. We had our dog with us, and there is a yard/garden right behind the house.

We felt at home as soon as we walked in to the apartment and there was chocolate and coffee/tea in the kitchen for us The apartment was very clean and the space was great for 5-6 people. Last but not least the apartment is placed in a beautiful part of Hamburg with lots of big trees, close to a park and surrounded with beautiful houses.

We were a group of 5. The original property we booked - based on the photos posted - was a different unit. So a bit misleading. When we booked the check-in time was mid afternoon. Closer to the date we were advised of a 6 pm check in due to quick turnaround time for cleaning. That’s tough after an overseas flight. A few days before our arrival we were provided with property access details - using a NUKI app - fairly lengthy and detailed instructions, needed to download an app etc. Upon arrival we futzed with the NUKI only to receive a tardy email advising the NUKI wasn’t functioning. Fortunately keys were available. One bed (for 2 people) fell apart upon first sitting on it and was to be fixed during our stay but never was. So we had to figure something out. It was really HOT when we visited. The host said the caretaker would come by and fix the bed and possibly bring a fan. Neither occurred. The host expects you to sweep the premises and take out the garbage. Not a big deal but unexpected.

The property is in a great neighborhood and a short walk from transit, restaurants, the park and the Alster.

1) It took time to get a reply from the question. 2) It was extremely hard to find out where the key box is. Need visual instruction. 3) Toilet paper stock was not enough.

The location was very good in nice neighborhood. The room was clean and cozy.
