WiFi was not working, so this can be a problem for a longer stay. Also the room didn't have the best set up, with the bed super close to the door, not very comfortable.

The location was great, facing a nice church and little lake + very close to the city center at walking distance. Breakfast was also good, with quite a variety of options.

Drunk people shouting at night in the street in front of the hotel. Uncomfortable (and small) bed. Very soft pillow. Reception closes at night.

Good location, close to the city centre, but still in a quiet neighbourhood. Directy linked to the airport with the S-Bahn. Clean and functional. Friendly staff. Decent breakfast included.

Being rudley awoken by the church bell right outside our window on the top floor at 7am every morning. For two solid minutes the bells rang that loud I thought I was inside the bell. followed by a cheeky one bell ring 13 minutes later to confirm it was now quarter past 7. The WiFi also wouldn't reach up to our room on the top floor, to which I asked about and the lady told me normally there is wifi but she couldn't do anything about it not working.

Good location, very clean and not bad value for money. Great little help your self mini bar after hours with an honesty service.

The hotel description says that the hotel is open until midnight. There's also an informatove poster in the reception, which says that it is open until midnight. But i received a message from the hotel the same day of my arrival, saying that i should check in before 22:00, or i would not be able to check in. As a solution, they asked me to send the details of my credit card by email or message. But this is not secure at all for the customer. Besides, i already introduced the card details on booking.com when i did the reservation, and the confirmation that i received by booking.com said that my reservation was guaranteed by my credit card. In conclussion, the hotel did not respect the booking agreement. Apart from this, the hotel was great.

Internet connection was really bad. I had to use my own mobile internet. Since I was there for a business, this was really bad for me. Bathroom for the single room might be a bit small for larger people. TV set was standing on a shelf that was on top of the desk, so careful for your head

The hotel was quite clean and easy to reach. Breakfast was good and enough. Rooms were small but convenient. Especially, the bed was very comfortable. Staff was very nice. I had to leave my luggage on check in and out and it is adjusted without any problem.

inflexibi lity and the charge of breakfast even not eaten. That happened twice

After understanding the culture and traditions of the German environment then one starts to accept what is generally not easy to understand. The Rules in this hotel made the stay a bit inflexible. The Lift doesn't work at night and breakfast is always cold and they are not flexible to accommodate the clients needs

Walls appeared to be rather thin as it was possible to hear neighbors by detail.

Breakfast was alright. Average and solid buffet quality. The Feuersee is pretty and a neat spot in a car-infested city.

The location was great, overlooking the old church and the lake. It took us about 20 minutes to walk from the station but we really felt we had got away from the crowds and the city centre and discovered a quieter part of Stuttgart. There are several restaurants near the lake so only a couple of minutes walk from the hotel Breakfast was great. A nice change from the huge dining room you get in a bigger hotel, nice and quiet and a great choice of food for breakfast.
