It is an older hotel, and I had trouble figuring out where I could park to unload the vehicle. The front desk wasn't really staffed. I think there was smoking in the hotel because it smelled, especially with older rugs. My room was on the courtyard side and I tried to open windows to get fresh air in evening, but it was loud. Inside room with windows closed it was fine.

The location was good for access to downtown area; it was a little far from the train, but bus stops were close. Shops surrounding the area. The bed was comfy, the shower had good water pressure, and the water was nice and hot.

The location is excellent,good proximity to restaurants, shops and kurpark. The hotel is clean and my stay was comfortable. The staff were helpful especially Ali (he goes out of his way to make guest comfortable) who was very kind to me.

A minor niggle were the corridors which had timer switches contolling the lighting., Perhaps this was due to myself being used to a light being permanantly on in the corridors.at most hotels I have stayed in. There might be a fire regulation infringement there. (But I do not know.) Needless to say the good things in this hotel far outstripped any negative comments.

No breakfast available due to size of breakfast room not meeting German Governments Corona Virus restrictions, however the corona virus restrictritions are what? This did not bother me during my visit 16/5/22 to 20/5/22. But it could cause problems with other people who rely on a breakfast being served. I think I am right that your ad. states room service, however there was none available, unless they class Uber Eats as a form of room service. There was no manned reception after 7 oclock PM. (During my stay.) So whatever you do, remember to take your front door and room key with you. Reception (Zelma) explains this to guests on arrival. Excellent supportive staff front of house and cleaning etc. I was very impressed overall, in particular with Zelma who went beyond her normal duties in helping me with some complex directions etc.

There was no shampoo in the shower available that's why i couldn't take a shower and only on half used toilet paper.

the location in the gps system is confused and we found it difficult. when we let the water in the bathroom for about 1 minute brown water flowed. another inconvenience is that there is no parking to the hotel itself and we had to pay 15 € for a parking space that was not near the hotel. we had reserved the room for smokers, but it was not for smokers.

The location was really good. It was right infront of Kochbrunen as the name states. Also the staff were quite nice.

The worst hotel I have seen in my life. Old broken furniture and the bathroom absolutely unacceptable! The toilet was a disaster everything old, broken and black disgusting stains. Everything you touched was broken and collapsed.

This hotel is a nightmare. It is dirty and old. The furniture is old and broken. The bathroom was the biggest nightmare, old, disgusting, I couldn't go to the bathroom because of the disgust. The towels were dirty, had disgusting stains and stank. This hotel does not deserve even MINUS 3 STARS. I can recommend this hotel to NOBODY, who goes there anyway is to blame!

Filthy dirty from moment you step inside the door , threadbare filthy carpets. Stains on bed linen. Bag of sex toys in broken down wardrobe. We couldn't stay & booked out following morning. This was more a brothel & definitely not a Hotel. Very, very unfair for unsuspecting senior tourists.

Fantastic location in Wiesbaden, easy to find. Friendly staff, and nice restaurant offering a discount for guests of the hotel. Did have to pay a city tax on arrival (€3 per person), probably says something about this somewhere in the booking info, but I missed it. Tried a couple of times to get information about parking, since it stated that booking in advance was necessary. Never got a reply, don’t know if this is a booking.com issue (not forwarding communication to the property) or a language issue, but the staff was very helpful when we arrived so it worked out. Also had booked for two, but only one of us had been registered from booking.com to the property. The room was therefore set up for only one person (bedding/towels), but again the staff were very helpful when we arrived so not really a problem. All over the issues we had were all seemingly due to poor communication between booking.com and the property, the property itself was lovely.

Super central location, accommodating owners, very clean room with all necessities for a very good price. Hotel is a bit old-fashioned, but it is very quiet in the area, bed is very comfy and whole room is super clean. I am pleasantly surprised, considering such a good price. Hotel is definitely above my expectations, coming here again,
