There’s no water boiler in the room, and the wifi connection is almost not reachable to my room.

It’s well located for my purposes, for a nice price, including a nice breakfast. The staffs are quite friendly.

We have stayed here on very hot August day. There was no air conditioning in the room and outside almost all night was quite loud so we had a choice of sleeping in extremely hot room or in noise room. There is no car park so guests have to park anywhere on the street. We were jus passing by so I’m unable to comment on this particular location but it seemed to be very noisy during the night with people talking and shouting during the night.

Unfortunately I don’t speak German and all three staff members I spoke to did not speak English. However, all three of them made a lot of effort to help so in the end have managed to communicate. Also all of those staff members were very friendly and helpful. Beds were comfy and room size I would describe as usual. The breakfast was really nice with enough choice for anyone in our family.

It's a bit overpriced, but I think it's generally a trend in Hof - all hotels charge way more than they should.

The breakfast was the best part of my stay - huge variety, unlimited amount and very tasty. The staff of the hotel is also very friendly and supportive. Location is close to both - Central Station and city center. I can only recommend this place :)

We had asked to reserve a table for dinner, but on arrival we learnt that the restaurant was closed., despite the online info. The manageress gave us some suggestions and a town-centre map which was very useful.

Very friendly and helpful check-in, especially as another staff member had neglected to note our special requests. However all was arranged as we'd hoped - car in garage rather than on-street in particular. Location is not especially attractive but convenient for old town/river etc. and the building's exterior belies its smart and comfortable interior. Breakfast was lavish and very varied as to choices. Lovely staff!

They have an elevator inside but one needs to climb a few stairs to get in the building. it was ok with my compact travel stroller but could be tricky for handicapped guests or even with a normal stroller

parking was easy even with our large Van. the staff was very friendly and helpful. we expected a pretty standard breakfast and were positively surprised with a great variety including salmon and some home made salads.

When I came in, there was no one at the reception desk, so I had to go inside their private office and continue shouting "hallo" for someone to hear me and finally come out - this felt awkward. Same for the restaurant, I had to go all the way inside their private kitchen before anyone answered me and came out to help me.

There was a convenient restaurant downstairs with delicious food.

I just loved it. It was not big, but cozy and comfy as u couldn’t believe it. Staff is so kind and i’m feeling bad i couldn’t stay more than one night. It has nice breakfast, including fruits and really tasty dishes. Definitely the place worth visiting. Also sleeping on their pillows was like im in heaven.

We ended up in an attic room, nothing like what I thought I booked. The floor was kind of sticky so I kept my socks on and it was musty and worse smoky like cigarette smell. Luckily we could open up windows.

Nice small hotel in a quiet area but close to the centre for restaurants and bars .they let me put my motorbike in there garage which was nice and I had 3 lovely breakfasts free thanks to booking .com ..if in the area would stay again all the staff were all for the clients well being ..

Nothing was bad for me , this was just a quick stop we picked along the way and turned out to be really good to stay there.

Breakfast was great , huge choice of food on offer. Room was what it is , small but comfy for me. Bathroom clean and shower was great. Dinner and drinks were fantastic, homely cooked meals and damn tasty.

Staff doesn't speak English, despite having such language specified in place description. Room is extremely loud and stuffy.

when arriving person at the counter was not speaking any English, but we managed. Internet was not working at all. noisy with the open widows as double rooms are facing the busy intersection. in overall hotel is in a weary state

it was heavily raining and no parking spots were free in front of the hotel, so they allowed us to park in the garage. in the morning both breakfast and check out was with lady speaking english well, it was nice continental and cooked scramble eggs breakfast by her.

Our room was next to the street and it was extremely noisy. Our daughters room was not next to the road and she slept very well and it was quiet.
