We were a late arrival on a Sunday. The owner left detailed instructions for us to get into the hotel, and it had an elevator!! The room and bathroom were beautiful and immaculate. Every need had been expected. Because it was already after 8 pm and we had to leave at 6 a.m. the next morning we did not know how to get a taxi. We called the hotel number and the owner answered immediately. Response was no problem, a driver will be there. He showed up at 5.55 am with a comfortable taxi, and he was a good driver. Great experience.

Tea and coffee facilities in the room would have been a nice addition.

It‘s our second time that we have chosen this Hotel and we will for sure book it again in the future. Rooms are very clean, friendly staff, good communication and excelent breakfast. We would warmly recommend it.

This was one of the more interesting places we stayed at during our ten day road trip. First ... there was no one at the hotel to check us in! The hotel is located in a residential district, and fortunately for us, a neighbor came by, and called the manager (who was away doing something else) who then relayed an access code to us by which we were able to unlock a key box and obtain our room key/card. There was no one at the hotel except us. (some others checked in later that night) but at no time did we see any staff that evening. There is no restaurant at the hotel, so we had to check around the neighborhood to fine a place to have dinner (there are many fine places to eat within a very short drive) None of this was a problem, it's just the first time we had experienced this. The next morning staff were on hand, and they served up a magnificent breakfast buffet. Our room as very comfortable. We had great parking. Be aware that you are near the airport in Munich so the sound of airplanes might be bothersome to some people. We did not find that to be the case. I do recommend this place highly.

Keys were in the safe for easy check-in because we were late due to traffic. The room was very clean and sound proof. Staff was friendly and helpful. Very calm and great place to stay with children!

Might not be suitable for light sleepers, airport is few km away and planes are flying directly above. For me it was a bonus :-)

The only complaint I found was that the walls were a little bit thin. You could hear people talking from the other rooms and corridor.

The quality of the room was exceptional. A very beautiful room and well equipped. Specially considering the price. The breakfast is essentially homemade food and very wide in option considering the size of the hotel. The treatment of the staff was really good. Again, excellent price-quality ratio.

I chose this hotel because it was close to the airport. However, Ubers don't frequent this area and they have ONE taxi company they used. The taxi company was one HOUR late and I almost missed my flight. This is literally my only complain; but kind of an important one since most people likely stay here for the location,

The electric kettle did not work and we had arrived after midnight. The next day when I reported to the staff that the kettle was not working the woman acknowledged that she knew it was not working and just said "sorry" This is very poor in my opinion. Electric kettles are relatively cheap items and readily available. The other problem we experienced was getting access to the lock box that contained the room key. This could only be done digitally that required data on our phone or wifi. We had arrived from Croatia late at night and had no sim card or data and no access to the wifi on the premises. It was very late and cold and we were stuck outside until some other guests arrived and helped us out.

Lock of staff. NOT FRIENDLY in respect of seniors. The floor in the room was made of stone without any carpets, Checkout was early, 10 am, which is unusual for tourists.

This hotel is NOT staffed. Booking.com didn't send an email with entrance code to get access and the key! The room did not have A/C!!! Booking.com didn't state this! The lighting was poor in the bathroom - bulbs burnt out. Room was on the road - loud road noise. Hotel is in the Munich Airport Flight path - they provided one set of earplugs!!!

Breakfast had a lot of options.

No activities in the area if you do not have a car , even no shops or restaurant. No bike rentals , nothing. Personal did not care even to welcome us to building.
