Shampoo was empty. Bathroom Design was not practical. The bathroom has no washbasin, and I had to go to the shower to wash my hands. The area of the washing basin was full of water after I took a shower (shower curtain didn't do its job). But I believe this is not the case for all rooms! My friend had a different shower design. My room number was 17. I would say I was not satisfied with the value of the money

Missing a freezer part in the fridge, and also missing 2 chairs. It’s a room for 2 people, but it only has 1 chair !

Very spacious, very proper and clean, bed was really good. We liked that there was a small fridge, although we missed the freezer part. Kitchenette was otherwise rather well equipped.

Sliding glass door in the bathroom didn't afford enough privacy.

The outside patio is a great added bonus, particularly after a long drive. Easy to park/ find. Very clean and comfortable.

No airco so room was very hot. Construction work nearby so we were waken early by work because we had to open the window because there was no airco. The bedsheets were fairly rough and not that comfortable.

We arrived late and left quit early so the surroundings did not have any signifigance, but the outdoor any seemed blocked in, big warehousebuildings etc

Everything was fresh and clean, very new. Some areas seemed unfinished, "work in progress". Very comfortable beds. Perfect for a short stay.

5 attempts at the electronic check-in only to discover the code for getting in the room was incorrect. Had to go in search of someone to call to get another code.....totally different to the one printed on the check-in form. Works well in theory but falls down in practice

It was quite warm in the room (we stayed in February) so we opened the window for fresh air during the night. Because of the closeness of the highway (and there was no wind) we did hear the sound of the highway clearly. With the window closed, there was no noise at all. There was no AC in the room, only a small table-fan. I would not know whether the temperature would be comfortable or too warm in summer.

The location was fine. It is on the outskirts of the city. The direct area resembled a small industrial area, but the wider area was nice. It is quite close to a highway, which made it a bit noisy. The room was comfortable, well designed and very clean. The kitchenette is really useful and would do for some self-catering (there's no stove, though, only a microwave). The coffee- and tea selection was great.

I didn't see a storage room for the clean sheets or towels, there was a big wagon parked near the room I stayed. It wasn't a really a problem, it is strange wenn you want to enter your room and find the cart near your door

Good location, near the city and the University Klinik. A short trip with the bus and you are in the old town. Clean, comfortable rooms, great choice of teas in the room. It's a little bit strange that there is not really a reception desk, but it all works all right

Check in was a little strange (and unexpected) and not for technophobes ! No staff on hand to assist, so very much trial and error. Probably ideal for most “tech savvy” people.

Nothing was mentioned about breakfast at the Booking page (it should be mentioned that breakfast is not available). I arrived in the dark and it was somewhat hard to find. It would be useful to mention that the hotel is behind the bowling centre. There is no lift, but there is only one upper floor. For a drink you may go to the bowling center next door (open until 10 p.m.)

The room was like a small studio and included some basic kitchen utensils like plates, forks, knifes, tea and coffee maker etc. Since there is no reception, you need to enter with a machine that supplies a printed code.

Pretty new hotel but already some broken wall mounting in the shower. Sink in toilet room was not well cleaned. Opening the door with pin code was not super straight forward. Had to ask another guest for help. Instructions should be more clear. No freezer compartment in fridge.
