No receptionist. He turns up at 16:30 to check you in and then disappears again. Side door is open all night - zero security. No breakfast is available. They’re blaming Covid19, but there have been no covid restrictions for many months now.

- Cleanliness is really Bad. - Cobwebs in the room - The rooms were never Vacummed, there aas big particles of dust, etc. everywhere. - The cupboards were dirty with water marks inside - The lock to the room broken - A lot of Flooring and scutting on the floors were damaged / broken / unprofessional repaired

Good enough to sleep. No complimentary breakfast, vending machines for snacks and beverages as promised in the websites. Very conjusted rooms with discolored sealing. Expensive for the requested price range, strictly Not recommended for a business trip.

No proper pillow! The one on the bed was a huge bean-bag sized thing which was far too big to use. I just need one normal pillow. I used rolled-up clothes instead.

The check-in time is limited, only between 16.30 and 21.00. The building is unkempt. The bathroom was not clean and it was really noisy throughout the night. You could hear anyone walking up and down the stairs. TV didn't function.

It looked like a private guestroom at „home", towels weren't clean. Things were broken, barely room to stow luggage. Dirt on the floor. Only the bedlinen was clean. Bathroom clean, but clean in an unprofessionell way. Staff didn't use the German way of „siezen" but choose "duzen". Even the DJH the night before in Paderborn was much more clean, neat, tidy and comfortable. Almost no sockets, outlets for electronic devices.

Breakfast wasn't offered due to covid, though covid more or less has gone. But they didn't offer.

The receptionist was very polite and explained me everything I needed very clearly without taking much of my time. He proposed me better room that I expected.

You have to sleep in the small room next to the sink and the shower. It would be correct to describe the room that your slipping place is located in the shower rather then you have a shower in the room. This is completely not visible on the pictures when you do the booking, so do not trust to what you see. Moreover the is no ventilation at all, the small one in the toilet is broken. So if you decide to have a shower in the evening be prepared to sleep in the fog, since there is no way to get rid of it. I really surprised to be in such kind of place, there is no value for money at all!

Everything!!! It is a place where you can sleep in a single room of 3 sq m size on a completely uncomfortable bed next to the sink and the shower cabin (yes, there is no bathroom!), but only if you lucky enough because you can hear all neighbors on the floor. There are much better real hotels in the town for the same price. And do not trust fotos, they do show the reality.

Bathroom very dirty, water wouldn’t go down, I had to get on my hands and knees and pull all the hair and dirt out because everything was clogged up

The staffs are very unprofessional - they offered to pay me to vacate my room for a higher paying customer. Apparently they forgot to declare the room as engaged and blamed booking.com for over booking them.

There was nothing to like about the place... simply horrible - i will never recommend nor lodge there again! The building stinks and the staffs are not professionals.
