Room dirty, different types of hairs everywhere in bed and bathroom. Massive noise at night and room door blocks neither light nor noise, no solid sleep possible. Staff and guests rather filthy, seems to be a cheap option for low budget party tourists that don’t want to stay in a dorm.

The room was not renovated for more than 30 years. There were open holes in the wall from furniture that was removed without painting the wall afterwards. The room didnt have a chair at all, let alone a small table. Grooves in bathroom are worn out, yellow and the Shower was with a curtain, which inherently is a hygiene factor. The overall quality of the room was even poor for hostel standards abroad.

It was a bad and difficult experience that I do not recommend 1. I reserved a parking space and paid. When I returned to the hotel in the evening, I did not find the parking space allocated to me or an alternative parking space 2. no hot water 3. I booked a double room and got a one room 4. The hotel is located in the centre of Munich, an easily walkable distance of most of the city's attractions. My room was somewhat old but nevertheless pretty clean and had everything needed for a comfortable living. The hotel employees were simply superb and helpful - my original travel dates were not possible due to the latest Deutsche Bahn strike and the hotel manager arranged a change of reservation for different dates without charging me any extra (even though it was technically not their problem and the possibility of a change of dates was not included in my reservation). This solved a lot of headaches for me. I would definitely stay at this hotel again for my next visit to Munich and totally recommend it!

It was very noisy, all night other guests walking and loudly talking because of this reason we couldn’t sleep. I feel myself unsafe! room was very small, uncomfortable and untidy, i’m very disappointed!

The rooms don't look like the photos, so that's a first disappointment. The walls are really thin, so we were listening to people fighting in the room next to us. We could also hear everyone who was arriving with the elevator being drunk during the night.

We booked for 3 nights and stayed only 1. The room and hallway were smelly. The bathroom fan was noisy and the shower curtain was not long enough.. There seemed to be no soundproofing as we could hear everyone outside the room. It was worse than a cheap hostel!! The bed was uncomfortable.

No casual seating in room or cooking facilities. Curtains not very functional.... too long, so they drape over the radiators putting heat to the windows rather than room. A bit wasteful (but room was warm enough anyway@)

Great location, 100m to metro, walkable to station. Reception staff very helpful. Good value for location... Baggage room useful.

The room we booked was not what we got. We were told there was a burst pipe in the Apartment we booked but were never informed prior to arriving. We were only found out when we got into the wrong room. I needed to sort it out at the front desk on my own accord. We would have found another hotel if we knew upfront as we were 4 in one room

The hotel manager lied to us, before our reservation dates he said we can change our reservation to other time, so we did not go to the hotel but afterwards he said that it cannot be changed. They robbed us, do not rely them, do not purchase a room before you go to the hotel.
