When my wife and I went out to grab something from the neighboring market, she left her bag unloocked. One of the cleaners took from my wife's wallet 50 Euros, $50 bill, and $20 bill. Unfortunately, we did not notice that until we were at the train station just before leaving Muenchen.

The room was extremely comfortable and large, even had a small balcony. The staff was very friendly too! They even brought a wine opener and cutlery to my room when I was in need :) Also, close to both the tram, train, and bus to get anywhere in town.

The room is not very big. It is right next to the street, and it can be a bit noisy. It is a bit far away from the city center, and you still have to walk a bit after you get off the S-Bahn.

Friendly staff, comfortable room. Good value. It is near Nymphenburg, and it is a good place to walk around. And there is a nice beer garden within walking distance.

We booked a regular room but were pleasantly surprised with an additional kitchen area, balcony and on this hot summer day A.C. On site parking was available and directly across the street was a bus for those without a car. Everything was incredibly clean, easy check in/out.

Very nice and very clean room, there's a bust stop in 5 minutes, and S- bahn station around 700 meters which will take you to the center and directly if you would like to the Hauptbahnof . Very helpful staff!

I, presonally, did not like that the shower was in the middle of the room. It made no sense to me. It felt cheap as it was made purposely to save space. I feel that I would habe enjoyed my stay more if I was not staying in this free upgrade.

We liked the cleanliness, the quiteness and it was very comfortable beds. The staff was very friendly and we got a free upgrade. We booked the Comfy room and we were upgraded for a deluxe room.

The hotel is really comfortable. Our room was large and cleaned. The hotel is five minutes waiting from Tre S bahn to Marienplatz. The staff is really kind and helpful. We will be back for sure.

Check in was great with a friendly Staff member who took the time to show me where my room was as it was in another building and discussed how to use the key to access the building and the room. One of the best check-ins I have experienced in some time. The location of the hotel was great as it was not within the chaos of the city, yet a short 10 minute walk to the S-Bahn to get into Munich. The cost of an Adult ticket was 3.50 Euro one-way (and was good for 2 hours) so that was a bit pricey but it was necessary as you are 6 km from downtown - ALSO buy a ticket - as there was an attendant who checked my ticket just after I sat down. I do not know the fine you will incur if found without a ticket, but I venture it is more than 3.50 Euros. The room's soundproofing was great as could be expected from a newer hotel. Bathroom fixtures were modern and shower side note, rotate the left dial away from you to get the larger overhead "rainfall" nozzle to function and rotate the left dial toward you to use the hand-held nozzle. The right dial is the temperature control. The size of the room was good for a single visitor and adequate for two with modern furnishings. The tv worked fine with about 25 German language channels; the most Italian channels I've seen yet (about 5); a few French (some French, one (French 24) in English) and two Russian channels, both with different women hosting their respective "Psychic predictions" programs. I did not call in, but I did wonder what predictions they would have for current events in Ukraine. Overall a great experience and one I would repeat when visiting the area.

Unfortunately the extra large double bed was only two single beds pushed together. Sauna needs to be paid extra and is only available upon request and closes at 9pm.

Great hotel. Super clean. Nice location, but directly at loud main road. But well sound-proofed.
