A bit more explanation about the setup at the start and the way parking worked (close by public parking garage) would have be useful, then you could start from there.

Cleaning is done only once per 4 days of staying.. I’d suggest every 3 days at least.

Our room was in a new building of the hotel, everything is new and well organised. The room is quite big, as well as the bathroom, furniture and bed are comfortable. The breakfast was served with a variety of ham, cheese and bread. It also included meatballs and scrambled eggs, as well as pancakes:)) selection of jam and juice was also included. Hotel is located near the harbour in a walking distance from all the attractions of Stralsund. Personnel was very helpful in all requests, and it’s worth noting that every person was willing to help:))

Carrying my suitcase up and down/2.floor was too much for me.

Small shower, no elevator and just a small ventilator in the room, so in summer can be hot. We opened the windows, but then you can hear people on the streets (very few though).

direct bus from the railstation, ideal location in centre, near ozeaneum and harbour, free tea, coffee and cake, helpful and nice staff. I appreciated that the hotel doesnt waste - you tell how many rolls or bread you need for your breakfast in advance, you feel good there

My room gave onto an unappealing courtyard.

The hotel is within walking distance of everything. There are buses nearby to get to and from the station. My room was ready early in the morning. It had a nice color scheme and a fridge. There were a few TV channels in French and English available.

I had a single room and it was tiny. It was also very warm and at street level so there people walking right by the window.

Good location near the harbour and centre of town. Plenty of restaurants nearby. The staff were friendly and helpful. Despite my room being at street level it was quiet at night.

Guidance to the new building could be a bit more transparent. If the guide could simply say something like "100 meters up the street towards the Kütertor" instead of an address, it would help to understand the directions faster.

Our stay was quite good. The facilities are new and neat, there was enough space in the room and the food was delicious. Personnel was friendly and helpful. The location in the heart of the city, close to main places of interest and parkings, makes it a right choice.

The location is excellent, as it was 250m from the City center location. Ths staff were exceptionally helpful. Printing me a train plan to the best beach recommended by them on Rügen,Binz. Where I spent 2 sunny afternoons. The availability of coffee, cake and biscuits for during my stay in an allocated area was my life-saver when returning late one night. The breakfast buffet was varied, fresh and met all of my expectations. All in all an Amazing stay. Thank you.

We have no complaints at all.

Everything was perfect, from location to breakfast. Nice accommodation, can be reached in the walk distance 20 minutes from the main Railway Station. It's right in the historic center and near to the coast, restaurants, and museums.
