The ventilator in the bathroom was very loud. The breakfasts were tasty, but almost the same every day. The pillow was too big, but thin.

The location of the hotel is perfect. You have grocery stores, public transportation and restaurants in walking distance.

There are two small issues: 1/ 25 euros per night for bringing a small dog seems to be overly expensive; 2/ we booked a triple room, so one single bed was extra, but the mattress of the extra bed was too stiff

The hotel is in the centre of town near many different restaurants (I recommend landgraf Basque). Inside the facility is very nice, clean and cosy. The room was big and comfortable. Breakfast was great, with everything you could wish for.

Does not look anything special outside but very nicely done inside.

Supernice hotel with very nice decoration. Comfortable big room as we were 3, and even bowls given for a dog with a small snack. Nice touch. Good location near highway. Very nice small quiet town. Great breakfast. Absolute bonus was a very good sauna and jacuzzi, that was kindly turn on for us only in the early morning. Lovely. Would love to go back. Price was also totally reasonable.

Safe was not available in the room. The furniture is a little bit outdated, but everything was working fine.

Hotel is located in the center of Walldorf and everything is nearby. There is also a shuttle available to the SAP traning center. Breakfast was excellent and the staff was everytime very kind and helpfull. The room size was good and everything was clean. Sauna and whirlpool is also available.

Dominic went beyond to help us - He made us comfortable, helped us - even took us to the railway station to help us book the ticket back to Walldorf. They made sure we have everything we need during our stay.

Everything was perfect during our stay. The hotel is located conveniently if you are travelling on the highway, and there is plenty of restaurants nearby in the village. The staff is the best feature of this hotel, they are very nice and helpful. We had a few extra requests and they helped us with all of them. The rooms had everything you may need including a minifridge, and they were every clean. The breakfast was really good and abundant. We will definitely come back!

It would have been nice to have a tea making facility at breakfast instead of ordering it with the staff, which took a bit long if you have to leave on time for work.

The receptionist was very friendly when I checked in and made me feel welcome. My wish for a quiet room was accommodated, the room was large enough and clean. Breakfast was very nice with lots of choices. The hotel is located in the center and you can reach hotels and shops easily. Still, there are enough parking spaces outside and in the Garage. Walk to the SAP area is only about 15 minutes.

Quietly situated, very charming hotel with even more charming owner. Nice room, good bed. It was good to sit at the bar, en the breakfast was really lots of choice.

Air-conditioning was a bit weak for hot days. Only 1 German style square pillow was provided for a double bed.

The border between the bathroom and the rest of the room has a thin metal sheet. It hurt one of my feet. But then again, I'm disabled, so it might not be an issue.

We were informed on arrival that room services ie making bed and change of towels etc would only take place every 3 days. As we had arranged a 3 night stay room service was non existent! This is unacceptable for a 4 star hotel and we made our views known to the management who in reply and unapologetic claimed they were following suit of other hotels not only in the area but also Germany generally. Clearly untrue as our stays at other hotels during previous days did not confirm this! As we have stayed at this hotel several times in the past we were clearly disappointed and the hotel really needs to get its act together?

Location good minutes walk from the high street. Good buffet style breakfast. Secure underground parking at no extra cost.
