The room could have been cleaner. Front desk staff, two ladies were very unfriendly, they looked bored and annoyed by our presence, which kind of ruined the impression.

Nice staff, very good breakfast with very kind people. The hotel room(2 adults and 1 child) was actually a whole apartment with full kitchen. Very spacious.

We're told no cleaning lady every second day, came anyways and threw out wrappings for breakable stuff in the suitcase.

There are several bus stops around but all abit too far away for frequent/regular/convenient use (~1km each).

Breakfast was ok. Location is in a commercial area, plenty of space for cars, several discounters around. Ideal for commuting to Munich (with your own car) or stop-over with your bus.

Service could be better. My friend needed an extra pillow that couldn't be arranged. A simple explanation would've helped

My curtains were broken but someone fixed it very quickly, it was not a big deal for me.

The bed was amazing, very comfortable, and the hotel decorations were super nice. And the free coffee was perfect.

We had a small kitchen in our room but no appliances or utensils - no cutlery, plates, bowls, or even a cloth or dish soap. In booking a room with a kitchen we expected it to at least have these essentials.

There is a button in the bathroom for radiant heater but not possible to stop it with the button again, have to take out the key card from the socket to shut the electricity manually.

There were lights with sensor next to the bed and located 5-10 cm over the floor, it was so efficient that it helps you at night, it was first time I see that idea in a hotel and liked it a lot.

A lot of homeless people was running around the Streets at evening/night. If you want to use fitness, please ask in the reception so thet Can follow yoy There as There is no signs on the halls or the door into the gym. The gym facilities is 3 machines, and a few weights, so bring your own supplies if possible.

I would have appreciated if there had been instructions of the electric cooker written somewhere. It'd really help those who don't have the same one at home or never seen one before. The receptionist couldn't help either.

Well positioned, just thirty minutes away from München. There is a small kitchen that can be used. Good security, the guests get a room card that can also be used to enter the other side of the building.

The size of the room was quite small, the street was a bit busy even at night, and staff were quite unhelpful. Taxi to Marienplatz costs 70 eur in each direction, the hotel is very far from Munich and hard to reach by bus and train.

The shower was great, but there are no shower doors, so the whole bathroom floor was wet after each shower, beds were nice, the combination of grey and red was very pleasing, free parking in front of the hotel was great, Kaufland supermarket too. The hair drier is excellent, even for my hair that requires a professional hair drier.
