Safe didn’t work. Did not replenish tea bags. Squeaky 3rd ‘put up’ bed. Nothing worth complaining about at the time though.

The mattress in the room was bit uncomfortable with a dip which did not support the back

There was a bad smell in the corridor and the elevator was super slow which made us await for several minutes.

They upgraded our room to suite which was really big. We stayed there for 6 nights and most of the things were satisfactory.

Ugly view from window, body lotion and vanity kit in bathroom was already used (brrrrrrr …), staff unfriendly and not willing to do more than the bare minimum (except one young man), I had to wait 5 h until my room was ready (to still find used toiletries), lobby is tasteless and horrible (trash/basse-classe) music plays, couldn't find any nice bars around the hotel, few non-fatty vegetarian options at breakfast (and no flexibility from staff at all to accommodate clients' dietary needs - given the very unfriendly the staff in the hotel gave me, I was not really surprised by the breakfast staff there inflexibility :-(). Staff and service mindedness definitely have to be improved. Way below a 4-star level.

Good room: clean, big, large windows, good and big bathroom, fridge and kettle in room, wifi ok, many electric plugs, good location (shopping, sightseeing, but also beautiful parks on walking distance), many shops (incl supermarket) around and close to public transport, good breakfast (pity there were no vegetarian hot dishes except the powder-scrambled eggs made from powder = disgusting and only sugary, full fat yoghurt - no soy yoghurt)

It was a bit confusing to find the way from my room at 2nd floor to the breakfast area at 1st floor. I was missing some signs in the wall.

The room was wonderful with everything I needed. Also, it was in a good condition. The breakfast was fine with many selections. The hotel location was close to many restaurants and shops

I booked for Family Room: and I was given four single beds, making uncomfortable for me and my wife to sleep as the beds keep splitting. I was expecting a double bed in a Family suite, rather it was 2 rooms together with single beds And the TV: it was only German and it could not connect to YouTube for kids to watch TV on any stuff

Breakfast was passable. Nothing spectacular. The foot pedal of the trash bin in the toilet was broken. Also the system gives a confusing message when you request for no room service since it says room service in cancelled for the entire stay but it's just for 1 day. Lastly, when checking in, I said I required a receipt for the bussniess trip and was told I can collect it when I check out. Okay so far. When I check out, no receipt was handed to me so I asked for it, the receipt was not addressed to my company and I had to ask for it again even though I had indicated earlier and even written it down.

The receptionist hasn‘t smiled at all. During breakfast, 3 cleaning persons were around taking all your used plates & cups etc.right away. Think during breakfast, guests need to enjoy their coffee & food and not be bothered with all the clean up personnel buzzing around.
