Our standard room did not have a coffee maker, or notepad and pen.

It is convenient to shopping, cafes, and historic and tourist sites. The staff spoke English, was courteous, helpful and efficient. Our dinner meal at on site restaurant was delicious.

Our stay was very short. Everything was fine.

Great location for visitors to the city sights and musicals… very many within walking distance. Very comfortable bed, well appointed room with a trendy bathroom design. Can’t comment on the breakfast as we left very early.

Bed is quite small and were two single beds pushed together so it just felt like we were sleeping on single beds. Also unsure if it was just because it was a Sunday but the church across the river rang frequently even during the night which was quite loud and annoying

The view on the river side of the river, warehouses and churches was very nice. Room was cozy and clean.

Fantastic hotel is a great location! The old warehouses of Hamburg are a veritable feast of bars, restaurants, cafe's and museum's. Then a short walk over one of the many bridges, and you're quickly in Hamburg's main centre. Lovely hotel bar too!

The breakfast was too expensive and I decided to eat outside instead. I used the fitness room, and the display for the stepper had a framerate of < 0.5 fps. There's a major road with 6 lanes right in front of the hotel with too much traffic noise.

There are a lot of attractions in the immediate vicinity of the hotel, like the International Maritime Museum Hamburg and the Speicherstadt. It's easy to go either to the Hafencity, the city center and the Landungsbrücken.

•Coffee cream/milk seemed not to be renewed on our arrival (the next day it was renewed). Also, we recognized that one of the sugar packages was open (left like that) in the kit. Maybe the coffee kit should be checked more regularly. •One bottle of water is never enough for two people. When we asked for the second one, it has been mentioned as it is a favor for that time which was not acceptable for a double room + especially with the coffee machine. For the third bottle, we are advised to buy a bottle then we bought a big one from the bar. •The sanitary bag was not refilled.

Just a tiny detail - the bathrobes for using the spa area are not ready in the rooms but need to be ordered from the reception. Ours took at least a half hour to be delivered - usually not a big deal but something to keep in mind if you are in a hurry.

Wonderful location in the Speicherstadt. The staff really is extraordinarily friendly and courteous. They even let us check-in early without extra charge. Breakfast was delicious, a big spread to choose from. Great bar as well.

It was noisy in the lobby when I arrived based on them having a conference. I guess that can happen and they managed it well though.

There is no tea in the room (coffee only). The double bed was actually 2 single beds pushed together, and the size was on the smaller side.

Great location, right in the Speicherstadt. The reception staff was really kind, warm, and professional. Beautiful hotel with a great bar as well.
