the quality wasn't very good for the cost. I could visible see some sort of dirt/sand on some of the surfaces. Bathroom fittings were old and dirty (e.g., the rubber on the shower doors was discoloured/mouldy - what I would expect from a cheap place or a 1-2 star). The biggest annoyance was that the ceiling and walls were very thin. Our neighbour banged on the wall because were we watching something on our phone. In the morning, the sound of room service in the room above ours sounded more like the hotel was being renovated.

Staff were friendly. Bed was comfortable. Decent location. Ability to check in/out via the app is good.

I have asked the reception when we were checking in that we needed a babycot for our two children (2 years old and a 3 months old baby). The receptionist told us that we are just staying for one night and that he can't gave us for he is alone working and he is almost finish on his shift. He then told us to put our little baby and our little girl in the bed with us. Cleanliness in the room is very disappointing. I myself is working in the housekeeping department. Lots of dust (tv, chairs, cabinets, etc.) The sink was dirty. The shower was to small.

Room is spacious. Despite the little parc and restaurants on the area with lots of people going around, i find it very quiet in the room. Location wise. 10-15 minutes walk away to the Cologne Cathedral.

At day of travle the hotel called and said it is overbooked. Replaced me to a new hotel i chain but far out of city.

could do with more amenities as a traveller - In the bathroom etc. As I was only staying at the start and end of my trip, one night each before heading to airport it wasn’t an issue.

Friendly and helpful staff, uncomplicated layout of the rooms. Lift to access rooms with a large suitcase.

The room was very small - it felt very crowded. I am not used to getting such a small space for this cost. In addition, the walls are not soundproofed at all, so you could hear a crying baby and their poor parents next door during the night. Finally, there was one tiny desk in a small corner, but the lamp unfortunately didn't work.

The breakfast was very nice and staff were overall helpful.

elevator was very small and the door got stucked on the floor carpet, you couldn't fully open it and imagine with lugagge, there was a door before our room door that was heavy and annoying to open considering the luggage

Nice location, the parking is right in front of the hotel, cafes around the area, clean spaces and comfy room, nice design also, nice staff and very helpful

It is an excellent hotel with central location. It is beautifully designed, clean and very comfortable. The people are very friendly and helpful. I recommend this hotel to everyone, who comes to Cologne for business or privately.

Thé stuff is not friendly. Also they don’t like to clean rooms at all. They make execute this is due to COVID.

The acoustics were poor and with guests being rather loud well into the wee hours of the morning, it didn't allow for the best sleep.

Aesthetically pleasing and well designed, the room was comfortable and provided a small working space and closet to get luggage out of the way. The wifi was great - and even lasted through several video calls.
