Room doors closed on check out date at 10am, luggage stuck in the room. I know that i missed check out by couple of minutes, my bad. But automatically locking the doors is a too drastic measure, such things never happened to my in other hotels. I could have missed my train. Same happened to some other guests in this hotel. 2 phones of the hotel did not pickup. Super annoyed and disappointed about chek out process.

Noisy neighbours can be a problem, on the second night, an inconsiderate family was walking around loudly and moving furniture continuously on the floor above well past midnight. The checking in and checking out time could be more generous .

Room was clean, but I observed some amount of crumbs near bed. Towels were clean, but not fresh... Just a recommendation to add conditioner to was machine.

Location is pretty good, just 3 Train stations from city center. I really like check-in approach without any people involvement. I was nervous a bit, but everything was smooth, I'he got several guides in advance and everything happened as expected.

The only thing was that the doors were incredibly loud. So in the night or morning I would wake up from the noise in the corridor.

The room (number #3 I believe) is on the first floor on the building corner and you hear cars passing by and parking, the entrance door is next to the pedestrian area. The table needs replacement, the wall is a bit damaged from the chair next to the table

Secure enough contactless check-in and check-out as you get entrance cards generated by a computer, pretty quite location not far from a tram stop to the city center. It should be alright for oversleeping a few nights. The support team on the phone is helpful if you have questions

the blinds don't block that much light, so it's quite bright in the morning - but that's complaining on a very high level.

Location was nice, self-check-in worked seamlessly. Was as expected. Noise levels were ok - I travel with earplugs anyways. Additional questions via phone were answered easily and swiftly.

In summer the apartments could get hot as there is no airconditioner but only a fan. Warm showers depend on the time, only lukewarm water at rush hours. The bathroom was still a bit dusty in some corners.

Great location in calm area, close to the center (esp. by tram), to the lake and to Limmerstr. Apartments are in great condition with cozy beds and everything you could possibly need.

My check-in experience would have been greatly improved with better instructions before-hand. I came by train and, owing to cancellations and delays, arrived after 1am. A screen on the wall said to make my own key card on the panel "at left". I couldn't see anything but a credit card reader below and, after too many exhausted minutes, I discovered the small counter-top surface it was sitting on was a tech pad of some sort. Check-out was also unclear, as instructions in the room said to leave the key card in a box that was actually back in the main building and not clearly indicated. Despite arriving in the middle of the night, the property has a strict 10am check-out, so I didn't get a full night's sleep. Cleaners arrived and knocked on my door ten minutes before check-out, while I was still getting dressed. The water in the shower stayed hot for less than ~5 minutes in the morning, and a little less than ~10 minutes at night. Water-pressure was low. Although the bed looked inviting, you could feel the springs in the mattress, and the duvet cover was course. Although the location was quiet overnight, you could hear every sound outside when the cleaners arrived in the morning.

Great short-term mini apartment with bedroom, mini-kitchen and table, and small toilet with shower. Very quiet location at night. Wifi worked well for calls. Fridge, stove-top and microwave worked well. Really loved the rustic table and comfortable chairs, as well as the wood-panel linoleum giving the place a warmer feel. Appreciated the non-generic decor. Entire apartment was spotlessly clean. Privacy!
