Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

NetherlandsWhilst the restaurant closes at 6pm and there is no bar, there are many options 5-10 minutes walk away.
The apartment is exceptional, more than enough room to swing a herd of cats! Beautiful fittings. Breakfast is delightful.

NetherlandsTo go from the room 120 to the hotel restaurant or hotel itself it is necessary to walk the street a bit, which can be inconvenient if weather is not nice. The hotel has not any lobby but just the restuaurant, so working might not be feasible.
Superior room was very well equipped and spacious, breakfast was great (in a booked table at the restaurant) and hotel staff was very friendly. Possibility of parking for free inn the back of the hotel is a positive plus. In summer time, the location is great.

And the breakfast such a treat, whatever you like or wish ,all freshly made for you. I can defenitly say I felt totally satisfied and it was a nice relaxing stay Thank you.

LatviaDouble bed is made from two single bed mattresses, so not very comfortable in the middle
Rooms are big, balcony, nice view, coffee machine, small fridge, a lot of towels.. pretty much everything you need. Very good breakfast served even late in the morning. Free parking. Wonderful experience.
