Easy to check in, great parking next door and not expensive. Room was very nice with a balcony. Very quiet and easy walk into town. Great place for 1-2 night stopover.

Self check-in after office hours was no problem, except the garage entrance with somewhat complicated code and card system (and bad sensors??).

New and modern apartman house on the side of the Inn river, under the pilgrimage church "Mariahilf". The apartman and especially the bathroom are huge and comfortable. Passau downtown is about 10-15 min on foot. Parking is possible in a nearby garage, at reasonable price.

The location for visiting Passau is great, a 3-4 minute walk over the bridge to the town. Parking at the hotel is easy. The automated check in service worked well.

A bit expensive for what it is? Could have had a few basic starters in the fridge perhaps - small milk, couple of beers etc?

Huge beautifully furnished apartment - almost too large for 2 people. Very quiet yet an easy walk to the centre of Passau. Excellent car parking.

They don't have 24 hours front desk so they leave the key, it's not a bad thing but I guess is something some people would like to know in advance.

The room was clean and modern, recommended. It is circa a km away from the old city. The sleek bathtub was a nice touch

In a perfect location this modern apartment had everything we needed for our holiday. Well equipped with luxury bathroom, dishwasher and microwave. The beds were really comfortable and the heating was easy to adjust. We loved the easy 15 minute walk across the bridge into the town centre to access restaurants and shops. A bonus was the 300m walk to a fabulous supermarket and the on-site parking.

Be careful that you receive codes for the front door to the hotel and key box which has your room key For some reason we did not get these and were rescued by a somebody staying there who showed us the emergency phone number To be fair they gave us the numbers quickly over the phone, but it was a bit scary. Be aware that reception is not manned 24/7 and when we arrived at 18.30 it was closed.

The first time we have stayed here Fabulous cosy apartment, all modern and stylish Fitted out with kitchen facilities so no need to go out to dine if you don't want to. Huge bed and a bathroom with underfloor heating. Good parking and Wifi Excellent store 5 mins away has everything you need to wine and dine! We are going back soon. And it had an Expreso Coffee maker. What's not to like.

My room was amazing! it was super spacious, very modern, with great view and absolutely amazing bath and comfortable bed. Wi-Fi worked excellent. Parking is available. Staff was very nice, too.

-all the instructions for the entrance, and parking, the info in the hallway were written only in german....fortunately the lady who answered the phone spoked english -we expected a big bed, and we found 2 matresses instead,but it was comfortable, nothing to complain

a little bit difficult to bring up the luggages to the main entrance, as the ramp is steep, not ideal for big and heavy luggages or baby-pram (there was a little snow on the stairs too during the check out, so one need to be very careful during winter-time).
