The location is in a quiet neighbourhood. The place is clean and well maintained, looks new. The room is small but self-sufficient with a kitchen. The beds were comfortable.

Room was very tiny so opening 3 luggages were very tricky.

They had a double bed and 2 single beds which were great to accommodate 4 people. Kitchen was a bonus. They had private parking which was great. Laundry room facility was available which was really awesome.

The cousins were not firm but this might be down to personal preferences.

The reception was very quick and friendly. We travel by car and stop often overnight into a hotel. This building seemed new, no strange smells and all was very clean. The room was equipped with a small kitchen and everyone had their own bed. The price was very good too for a family of 4. The location has a bar/restaurant and a big supermarket near by.

The sn bar is too expensive, no small kiosk or shop nearby. The stuff seems mixed us with another group reservation, we were so confused at the check-in, but eventually everything figures out.

Kitchen facilities were ok but only one very large pot with no lid and there was no kettle for boiling water, only a Nespresso machine (no coffee pods).

The hotel is newish so the room was fresh and comfortable. Staff were friendly. The location is out of the centre. It is close to tram lines but we enjoyed the walk into the city centre, 2km.

No fault of the accommo - road works caused difficulties for access & parking. We boiled water in the pots provided in the kitchenette. Recep area ran out of tourist info brochures.

Clean, modern room. Comfy enough. Coffee/tea & Haribo gummy bears available at the recep area. Helpful front desk who suggested alternative places for us to visit.

Good and modern apart hotel, with clean and well arranged room. Tram stop is 5 minutes away by walk. If you don't take your breakfast at the hotel, you can find many other possibilities around.

- Lack of space if you have a bit more luggage with you - Not very comfortable. I had to stay to quite a lot in the room, because I was not feeling well and a lack of decent place to sit started to get annyoing. Beds are also quite hard. - Mini kitchen has only one big pan and pot, which are way too big for the hot plates. It would make sense to provide a second set of smaller pans and pots, which actually fit for the hot plates. It was only possible to cook one thing at the time. Also the lack of space gets annyoing if you try to do any bigger meals. - "Night table" thought out poorly. Would make sense to have something with drawers, so it is possible to store your things. Now the space is mostly wasted. - Asked for a room, which was not near the elevator and not facing the street. Neither of them was fulfilled and as a "bonus" the room was above the entrance of the hotel. In the end it was not bad, except on the weekend when party people were going in and out. Would be anyway nice that the hotel at least tries to fulfill requests, especially for people staying longer than a couple of nights. - No gym, but Fitness Loft nearby (10€ for day pass)

We slept with our window open and were surprised by loud chatting/laughing (generally a good thing) throughout the night. Not sure where it was coming from but there were other guests annoyed by it as we heard them yell out their windows for those people to quiet down.

Very clean and very clever setup of a room with kitchenette. We had a room with twin beds, where the couch was made into a bed. The mattress on the couch was very hard (harder than the one on the bed) and the pillows were pretty low quality (clumped up), but still comfortable enough for a very pleasant stay. The Strassenbahn stop to go downtown/main train station is a 4-5 minutes walk away, so the location is very convenient. Not too much around the hotel, a few restaurants, a supermarket and a pharmacy, but center city is just a few stops away..

The breakfast was s bit too pricey and at the time we were there, there was only one person in charge for the whole buffet so not everyrhing has been refilled. There are instances that the personel is no longer very friendly from stress of being alone. I was there for a very special event, a wedding of a friend and on that day, i was getting ready, I locked the bathroom and was no longer able to get out. I was terrified of this incident. The personel were immediately there when my friend called them but still took a while until they got me out of the bathroom. I was then late for the weeding and still have these bad, terrified vibes.

The place was very good,it was centrally located. Having a walk will get you to the city center, they have a lot of placed to eat around and a grocery. The area is also newly built. The photos were as they are live. The room are clean and have all the amenities needed. The staff were nice. The place is very modern, comfortable.
