The bed. It squeaked on every move. Being a light sleeper myself, really affected my sleep on the two days that we were there. Definitely needs changing.

The place was very well connected to the rest of the city, the tram station was just 1 minute away. The room and the bathroom were well furnished and spacious enough.

The only thing we sort of missed was a water kettle. Of course, we could simply boil water in a pan on the stove. It worked, but it was less convenient if you drink a lot of tea. In addition, in general, we thought that the price was a bit high in an absolute sense. However, compared to other premises in Freiburg it is still not cheap, but OK.

The location was pretty good. A bit far to walk to the city center, but still doable. The hotel is located in a very clean neighborhood. And the park behind the Europa-park Stadion is only a few kilometers away, which is very good for running there. Basically, the apartment was fine. And the fact that pets are allowed is also a bonus, although we didn't use that option this time and we didn't check out the additional costs or requirements.

The hotel isn't located in the city centre, but rather a 30 minute walk from main attractions. However, we knew this beforehand, so it was not a big deal at all

The room was clean, modern and tidy. There is private parking or, if it is full, you can park at the Kaufland nearby for free.

Our coffee maker didn't work. We let the front desk know & they sent someone out to check it. We came back to a note that it was "caput". It was not fixed. Front desk replaced it. We bought pods for it but could not figure out how to use it.

We did not have breakfast there. Room was very nice. Bathroom was very good too.

It would be great if the hotel could provide a broom and a mop in each room (just like how there are kitchen utensils and dishwashing soap), since the rooms get very dirty and no one comes to clean them. The guests can clean the room themselves. The concept of an apart-hotel is great, but cleaning the room becomes a hassle and one cannot expect guests to carry a broom with them on vacation.

Very comfortable hotel, nice spacious rooms and the location is brilliant with a beautiful view of the black forest. I like the concept of apartment-hotels as it makes us feel like we're at home.

No welcome goods such as coffee or water. Everything you want you must pay. And there is no bar, just some vending machines and chocolate to buy...

The apartment was clean and good with many facilities and good accommodations. The location, besides not too close to the old town, has public transport in front of the hotel taking about 10 minutes to the old town.

Not a fan of the pillows (too small and flat), bread rolls were always a little overbaked at breakfast but there was a very good spread on offer. Breakfast area too busy at the weekends - hard to find space.

Good rooms (convenient light switches, TV, safe, small kitchen, enough space for clothes etc.), very nice bathroom, good service. The spread at the breakfast buffet was very good.

The staff was really nice, Lila and the other young girl who brought us the pillows so friendly too. The tram was 2 min crossing the road from the hotel and the area was really safe and nice. To get to the city centre was around 10-15 min. The hotel was clean and modern rooms

Not really an apartment. Just a normal-sized hotel room with a small fridge and tiny stove. Orchestra practice in the lobby was a bit strange.

Clean, decent property. Solid wifi. Location was a bit aways from central Freiburg, but it was right next to the tram which was nice.

Staff not great. We can see they are busy but it would be nice if they acknowledged your presence and said they'll be with you as soon as they can, rather than just ignore you.

Great idea. Nice location and easy to get about as a tram stop just outside. Multiple supermarkets within a few minutes walk. Clean and reasonably well equipped.
