Unfortunately, the air conditioner didn't work during my stay and it seemed that this happened in most of the rooms.

The breakfast was nice, and we even got the halal chicken salami. You can grab the coffee, tea, and water in the restaurant for free. The location is also very quiet

Fridge did not work well (not cold enough), and parts of the equipment (cuttery, bowls) were missing.

The kitchenette. It was cramped and ill-lit, the cooker hood protruded so that one knocked one's head, the upper cupboard units were inaccessible without standing on chair, cutlery was the bare minimum, there was no toaster. Our view of a derelict demolition site!

Breakfast was very good, though on the dear side. All the staff, without exception, were friendly, attentive to our needs and efficient. The breakfast area is very pleasant. Free tea, coffee etc. all day is appreciated.

The price was a bit high compared to similar hotels, but we were very happy with this choice anyway

The neighbourhood was very calm with several good restaurants nearby. There were 2 underground stations close. The breakfast was very good with large variety. Also kids appreciated the table hockey.

Decent sized room with kitchenette and fridge. Great water pressure in shower. Blackout curtains. Clean. Close to rail station.

Hopefully there will be a supermarket near the hotel in the future. Think about getting your groceries before leaving the city center if you stay there and want to cook for yourself.

The wifi connection was terrible, i simply could not do my work at periods. When i entered the studio the soap bottel in the shower and the soap bottle for washing dishes were almost empty. They weren't stocked beforehand. I found it strange.

The studio was nice and cozy with a pleasant design. The location of the hotel is reasonable, it is within walking distance of a subway station (U-bahn) and two stops away from the main train station. In the vicinity there are supermarkets, restaurants and more.

The view to the back and the temperature throughout the hotel, 22.5 degrees Celsius. Way too warm, we had the windows open the whole time, not very sustainable. The pillows could have been thicker.

We stayed here with 6 people in 3 different rooms. Nicely laid out, simple but tasteful decor with friendly colours, clean and quiet, walking distance to the U-bahn. Water and coffee freely available around the clock, would recommend!

It seems to be a thing in Germany when you ask for a double room there are 2 mattresses put together and 2 separate single duvets - was a little annoying for a couple on holiday who wanted to have a hug, but maybe just the way it is there...

The aparthotel is in a quiet part of town - not much going on but very easy to access other areas by bus or the closest U-Bahn station, just a few minutes walk down the road. St Georg just a 20 minute walk away also. The room was small but well designed and laid out, so felt functional, clean and easy to use.

The location is not that central so you have to use the public transport. The room was not clean throughout the whole stay which was not great.

We could have used directions on how to operate the microwave, the stovetop, and the fridge. Had to ask at reception but it would have been helpful to have had multi-lingual printed instructions in the room itself.

The room temperature was 18 degrees when we arrived and the thermostat was set to 16.5. We had to wait all night to get the temperature at an acceptable level - 22 degrees.

Good location, very good facilities and breakfast. The breakfast room can be used anytime. There is a free water dispenser and also a coffee machine which was very good.

The hotel parking is too expansive in my opinion, however we had no problem to find a spot for our car in a street nearby.

Coffee and tee always available + the room was really nice, clean and quiet. The kitchen may seem small, but there is everything you need to cook and if you miss something, just ask at the reception.

The only thing I would criticize is nothing directly to do with the hotel, the room itself is great. Only our room had a not so great view. We were looking into the wall of the opposite house and there was probably a rainwater sump under our window. Also what I found disappointing is that the cleaning is only if the stay is longer than 8 days, if you want earlier you have to pay. I don't find that adequate. But it's the hotel's setup and there's nothing I can do about it.

The room was large enough, sufficient kitchenette with everything needed. Beds comfortable. Bathroom great too, big shower, great light. Everyone at the front desk is always nice and helpful.

One of the blankets was smelling a little damp, which was slightly unpleasant. Otherwise, great experience.
