A great stay! We came to visit Hamburg for a couple of days and this apartment was just the right solution for our needs. Although located not in the center, it is well connected by bus and has all amentities and facilities required for a family stay (parking, kitchen, etc).

The location is not so good. In the middle of various car dealers. If you need a restaurant or a supermarket, tou have to move (St. George area is quite close). From the other side it is really close to a bus station (just in front to the exit) and therefore really convenient to public transportation (3 min bus and you reach the closer Ubahn station) in Berliner Tor.

The flat is very nice, clean and fully furbished. the staff is also vey nice.

All the shops are a bit far away which makes it a task to get supplies. However Hamburg has a good transport network so not to worry about.

There was a misunderstanding about room cleaning, we thought that the room is cleaned everyday but learned that we need to book a day before hand and pay an extra cleaning fee. Toilet paper and supplements such as dishwasher soap, paper towel etc. were available upon request and we did not know that either so we bought some of that stuff from market. Overall, supplements and cleaning policy were a bit confusing other than these everything was fine.

Convinient transport to city, free parking was a huge plus, very comfortable apartment. Check in and out was very easy.

No air conditioning. The windows from the bedroom imposibble to open. Some noise from the workroad around the building. No restaurants nearby. We had to pay for all the stay a few weeks before and due an unhappy familly event we left the hotel only after 3 days from seven we booked the appartment and we lost the rest of the money. Normally with a hotel to be payed at the check out we would payed only for the days we have stayed effectivelly.

The location was good but unfortunatelly due to the roadwork was very difficult to enter the parking. The property was clean. The bus stop was in front of the building. A supermaket was at 15 minutes walking distance and a metrostation also at 15-20 minutes away. Good place for maney in Hamburg where prices are high.

In the close area there were only car dealers and other industry. For longer stay lack of grocery shop or restaurants close by may be significant, but for short stay it was not a problem. Just below the windows there is quite busy street, so although rooms were rather quite, the noise from road traffic and buses forces us to close windows in the living room.

It was not too far to city center - we can go there by foot. The whole apartment was very clean - rooms, kitchen, bathroom.

Location. It´s not in a cozy neighborhood (automotive industry). The bus can take you easily downtown, but we were with our 2 little kids and taking the bus + metro often took too long. The pull out couch is not super comfortable for sleeping.

The apartment is clean, big and has all facilities. We even got a high chair our baby. There is a free parking of the hotel behind the building.

The entrance is a little bit hidden, the staircase is soulless and the location is 15 minutes walk away from civilisation - but once you are in the apartment, you forget all about these.

Better than expected apartment in a safe distance from anything meaningful 🙂 unless you want to get your car serviced or buy one. Surprisingly well kept (felt like new) & clean apartment with complete and very well equipped kitchen, a nice and spacious bathroom & with a generous living room. The price was probably the best in Hamburg for our stay (3 adults x 3 nights). The staff went on great lengths to help us sort our issues - they were very kind and supportive. Wifi was free and blazing fast, too. I could imagine living here even for a longer period of time (=weeks) because everything is set for a convenient stay.

When we arrived we saw a masisve building site right in front of the building and wrongly assumed we would not be able to sleep in the morning. But builders in Hamburg do not start early using the loudest equipment availabe as it is custom everywhere else. So in fact the building site was only slightly inconvienent because of moved bus stops but did not annoy as much as I thought. Pretty convinced they worked on the sewers as the smell was quite strong indeed. The area around the hotel consists mainly of car dealers. We stayed a couple of days and used the busses extensively, so that was ok. There is a 24 h petrol station close by but no restaurants or shops. Buses are quite frequent, even on Sunday.

I really liked the room, the beds and the sofa bed. The staff was friendly and helpful. I really liked the roof terrace overlooking the canal.

I am hard pressed to find anything that could have been better, but if I really have to come up with something, then I would recommend the owners to add a bit more utilities to the kitchen. But that's really nit-picking, since we had no complaints whatsoever.

It might sound a bit weird to give full praise to the location of the Aparthotel, since it was located in the neighborhood with predominantly car sellers, but this made it a very quiet neighborhood. The apartment was ideal for our purpose; we especially loved the couch. It was most comfortable and relaxing. The bed was comfortable too. It was quite a surprise to find 4 dinner chairs in an apartment with sleeping room for only two people, but there was enough room to get them out of our way. The kitchen was basically utilized, but it was enough for our wishes. We had a lovely time in this home away from home.

It has a lot of facilities for a short stay in Hamburg. The beds and the pillows are really comfortable. The bathroom is spacious and new. I would recommend it to anyone visiting Hamburg!

Bit further out than anticipated but this didn’t matter as the centre was 15 mins on the bus.

Good modern facilities, clean and quiet. I’m a terrible sleeper and have a baby so this was important. Reception kind and helpful when we arrived late due to delayed flight and after check in times. Apartment had everything we needed for 4 day stay (with young baby so cooked and ate in the apartment too). Nice view of the area with all the snow. Close to the local bus routes to the centre and the airport. There is a tv with German channels (as in Germany) if you wanted to watch tv. There is a lift too (this is important as reception on second floor and we had buggy).

Everything was as I expected. It is only a few kilometres from the city centre and public transport is within a very short walking distance. So don't expect a view of a historic building or any such sight! I knew this in advance and the price as well the apartment really makes up for everything! Enough Parking spaces, just no chargers for electric cars. But there are plenty of those in Hamburg!

Superb living space, the complete kitchen, Two spacious Wardrobes (one for the wife and one for me!) Spacious bathroom with a very nice shower! (So not one of those luxury fancy hotel showers where a teeny tiny jet of water comes out.)
