There was a dog in the restaurant from a Guest. It was barking at our children and nothing was done by the staff nor by the guests themselves who owned the dog. Food was OK, but our kids were too frightened to eat anything.

The family room was 10/10 with cleanliness, facilities, comfort and views. However, the cabin booked for my brother was not good: it didn't have enough hot water for a bath (small boiler), there wasn't a great view, just cabins looking each other. Therefore this is 7/10. Breakfast was good (9/10) Staff was super friendly (10/10)

The bed was pretty uncomfortable.

The property was nice, clean and very well located for public transport. The staff were supportive and the food options at their own restaurant were also great. If you are staying here do enjoy their breakfast as there is no other cafe nearby.

The restaurant closes at 21:00, so if you arrive late, there is nothing to eat there, so take something with you.

The location is very convenient for me, the staff was friendly and helpful, the rooms were clean, the internet was fast enough. Generally, I'm satisfied.

For few nights / weekend stay during the sea side it is very good, free parking, restaurant. Please take in considration that there is nearly nothing around, it is proper quite place to take some rest. Room renovated, comfy bed

The food was just horrible, I could only eat their fruits for breakfast, the rest was looking and tasting unhealthy. It would be great if they completely change the menu, cause the price wasn't even worth it. I mean mind you people come for a whole vacation, please do try some effort

I stayed in one of the cottages on the back of the main hotel building which was very nice, however my only feedback is that they did not seem to be very well protected against movements and sound. Guests around were entering and leaving their cottages closing the doors very hard which made mine feel the movement quite reasonably. I could also hear in several occasions what people were discussing in the cottages around mine. Other than this, very satisfied .

I stayed in one of the cottages behind the main hotel building and this was very nice, they were cozy and nice. The room was spacious enough.

Bed scarcely fitted into the room. "Balcony" was a shared terrace. Beach location although just across the(quite busy road) was great disappointment since it was a stony (quite nasty sharp stones), slippery (algae) and "dirty" (degrading small algae) place. No good for an intended morning swim. Next reasonable beach would have needed bike or car ride ( in Prora or Binz). Lietzow beach is probably no the nearest one.

Breakfast was good but not exceptional, room was clean. Restaurant served reasonably good meals, but a same prices as in much better location (e.g. Binz). Luckily, but nothing to do with the hotel itself, due to the Germany-wide 49€ ticket it was possible to explore all the sites and beaches and locations of Rügen island around the hotel by bus at low cost and without need of a car .

Nice place, we got a upgraded room for free on the balcony. Close to the sassnitz-trelleborg ferry that's why we got here in the first place.

We had our bikes with us. There was no place to put the bikes inside in any case (when we were there it rained a lot) or to fix it. To change the rooms to the seaside, was first not able but than yes and only to pay more.

The location was great. The food was fantastic. The staff was very kind and professional. It is a perfect place for road trip overnight stay.

Nice, clean and big room. Very good breakfast. Very good restaurant (at least the pizzas and beers we got). Perfect place to bring a dog.

The breakfast room needs to be aired out more in the morning. We basically had to eat outside because of this. The toilet in room 308 needs to be fixed as sometimes it doesn't flush (a button is stuck). My wife and i hit our heads getting up from the toilet at different times because there is an awkwardly angled ceiling with a sharp edge. They sell tissues from the vending machine (comes across as cheap). The beach isn't a bathing beach and that should be made more clear.

The room had a private sauna even though that wasn't mentioned by the hotel. I ordered a bouquet of roses for my wife and they were beautiful (all organized by the hotel). The balcony had a beach box seat and the view was amazing.

Autumn period. We arrived late in the evening. The window in the room was open. Heating is off. Cold. The room did not warm up until morning. It was not comfortable.
