Great view of the beautiful square

There was no view out of the rooftop window to the scenic market square right in front of the apartment.

The only complaint is that there was a note that if we don't sort out the rubbish and we don't wash the dishes, we would be fined with 50 euros. We would clean anyway of course, but I find it unprofessional that we are counting on the person that was there before us, to have the dishes properly washed. Especially with a daily price of 150 euros.

We had at first a reservation in another Aparthotel and it was recommended from the stuff to change to this one, without changing the price. It was an extremely helpful recommendation as this apartment was totally suitable for is, because we had 2 small children and a stroller. Easy to access, with a closed yard, it was very suitable for us. Very clean and it has everything a family needs.

relation to the hotel that managed the apartments was not entirely clear. no fans or ventilation.. was very warm.

Extremely high staircase to the room. I knew that hotel has no lift but it was really very hard to carry our luggage to the room.

The stairs are really old and not easy to climb. You can hear the noise from the other rooms. You have to check in and check out in a different location (another hotel).

The good thing of this hotel is its location, just in the heart of the town with plenty of restaurants and cafes to choose.

the tv too close to the wall, wasn’t able to turn on properly due to remote not working. no microwave to heat things up.

The reception of this hotel was in another location. Had to check in and check out at different location other than the location of the hotel.

The location was great. The view from balcony was directly to the city center. The ´view was awesome. And all the facilities were good. The room was big and had a great time staying here

The apartment looks not the same as on the picture. It was coffee machine without any coffee, usually hotels give some amount of coffee to the guests.

The hotel is in the old Center. We could check in earlier! Good price

My 5 year old daughter loved to sit at the window to watch what is going on on the market. She loved her look out. I enjoyed the location so close to everything needed. ... and I liked the combination of traditionel and modern furniture.

Great location overlooking old square, and handy to the boats and port area Comfy and clean. All facilities required are provided. Recommended.

The room is for 4 People but there was No space for them to use the table during the meal, table is suitabke only for 2 People. The kitchen was lacking basic utensils such as chopping board or a decent knife.

We booked a non-smoking apartment, but when we arrived there was a strong tobacco-smoke smell. We left the window open for a few hours while we visited the city, but the smell was so strong that it did not disappear. Even the bed linen and the cushions were smelling, so strong that we had problems to sleep. In the morning, we explained the problem in reception and they told us they would solve it, but they completely ignored us and did not do anything, they did not even visit the room in the whole day. When we returned in the evening, even if we had left the window open all day, the tobacco smell was still quite strong. We went again to the reception, and the lady was very nice, but did not solve the problem either. She told us it was not possible to change the room or do any other thing. At least she wanted to help us and gave us a product and recommended us to mix with water and boil it in the room, but it did not really work. All in all the service was quite deficient, in spite of the nice receptionist.

The location: directly at the market square, opposite the Town Hall.

Ok so you leave a car on one location, do the check-in on another location and the hotel is third location. It is everything very close so no problem, just took me a while to understand :-)

The room has a beautiful view, is right on the main square. Also a small kitchenette with all the equipment is nice if you stay longer. Many cafés and restaurants around.
