Amazing, beyond our expectation with the price, not too far from bus or train. Easy to access and respontive staff, clean and comfortable room with balcony. They have luggage room as well.

Only problem is heating. If it was working i'd have given full points. Weather was cold, and i got very wet because of rain. When i came to room, it was a bit cold, heater wasn't working because of weather was not too cold. But AC has no heating option.

Very nice room, very large and they give good quality still water in a glass bottle. There is a coffee machine and 2 capsules + 2 cream. There is tablet in the room, and you can use it for information and hotel things. Stuff kept my luggage after checking out. And they were very helpful. If it had a heater in AC, i'd have given full points in everything. So if the weather is hot, this room is a very good place to stay.

Great position, the hotel offers a parking place (with an additional fee) that is very comfortable when travelling by car. The rooms are modern and well-equipped. The staff is polite and willing to help.

They could offer some touristic instructions in the check-in. Anyway, it's not a critical fault... just an observation. Some suggestions: Implement smart TVs and install fridges in the rooms

It was located only 2 or 3 stations from the main touristic points. The team attending at the restaurant is the best...very cordial... The breakfast is very well served... but not diversified per day.

The staff didnt inform me before that the parking is 20e per night even though its their parking garage. I asked them before how is it with parking and all info i got for parking that its no problem to park there and they will give me direction in details at the checkin

We booked this Rome above others because it had a kitchenette advertised and shown in the pictures for the room that I booked. When we arrived we discovered that “some” rooms have a kitchenette and if we wanted one we would have to pay extra at the property. This meant that we had to eat all meals out which was significantly more expensive and challenging as my son has several dietary intolerances.

The property was clean and essentials were provided. The staff were friendly and helpful.

You can park your car in the streets around the hotel but it’s free only between 11 pm and 9 am

The furniture is modern, in every room you can find coffee machine, fridge and microwave. In 30 minutes on foot you can reach the city center, otherwise in 4 stops with the metro.

Room was little small for three people. Bathroom while nice was a little small.

we were woken at 8am by drilling and knocking

breakfast had a great choice, plentiful, always being refreshed and replaced. room was fine - no problems. bathroom very small. OK for us but a problem for a larger person. great location by a metro station - only 3 stops to central.

Property and rooms are a little dated and could do with renovations. The beds are hard.

Very good service from the staff, helpful with all requests, able to check in early. Good value for money. Housekeeping every day.

the way how the room were not much clean there was little dust all over the room. and the 2nd day when we did ask to clean the room, they did but they didn't refill the coffee capsules for example.

Location and the recaptions staff the 2nd day in the morning and Afternoon they were amazing and super supportive.
