The bed was very uncomfortable and the area is a bit unsafe feeling late at night. Others had problems checking in after 21:00.

The location is very close to bus/Bahn and Harburg Bahnhof. The room was good, clean and safe. My check-in was easy and friendly at 20:15. For the price not bad.

The tap was leaking and was fixed in place with tapes. They also charged 2€per night as a tourist tax which was not mentioned on booking.com. No staff present at night.

1.Internet connectivity is very poor. streaming a YouTube video took ages. 2. No breakfast, Tea, coffee.

The room was comfortable and clean and quiet. A lift was there so it was easy for my in-laws to go up and down. A kitchen in the room allowed us to cook our own meals and eat so it was very convenient. The room is in the district of Harburg which has all the amenities like in Hamburg city. All shops were closeby and it was possible to get stuff easily. A farmers market also was there everyday next to the hotel so we could go and get fresh vegetables and fruits to eat.

Staff were not to be seen for our entire visit. Upon reaching someone by phone, the requested help was not provided. bathroom needs serious modernization (eg. towel rack hanging off the wall, hair dryer doesn’t work).

Rooms are comfortable. Location is good: relatively quiet at night, close to shops, bakeries and the metro system.

I booked for last night a room and I was supposed to arrive between 23:00 - 00:00 . The hotel was locked, no one at the reception and no one picked the phone up when I tried to call several times. At some point they blocked my phone number and I could no longer to call !!!! I have received 0 services and I was forced to cancel my trip and return home which it was not fair at all !!!

I tried to reach them through Booking up for weeks and by phone for 2 days before my arrival until the time of my arrival during hours they reported as checkin hours and they have never responded. As a result I arrived in Hamburg Airport and I had nowhere to stay. Thankfully a friend hosted me that first night. In the second day their phone number was not even ringing in the morning. They eventually answered the phone later in the day and I managed to get the key to the room. I should get a full refund for the stress they caused me

I accidentally booked the wrong date and unfortunately it was non-refundable, but I thought I'd still try my luck. I called the property and the lady was really mean! First I asked if there is any chance I could change the date and she said "I can't decide that", so I asked to speak to her manager. That really pissed her off, she said "Why to my manager? I can decide just as much as other people". She obviously didn't want to help. Was a shame! If the staff is like that on the phone, I don't even want to go there and be mistreated in real life.

Furniture was run-down. Bathroom not clean. Kitchen dishes not clean. No thermostat control. Low quality soap.

The lift went up from the main lobby at ground level but only to the first floor going down, then we had to take stairs carrying our luggage to the ground level. Beds were very hard. No space to a coffee maker or a kettle.

Location was very convenient and close to metro, easy to reach the city. The room was clean and had everything what was needed for one night but very small. It accommodated 3 narrow beds.

Location is ideal - quiet and yet central. Very nice cleaning person came every day. Handy kitchen. Small but fine for a couple. The elevator is a plus. The building felt secure.
