Parking was not available at the premise, instead we were directed to a paid parking garage 6-9min away from the property. Walls in the kitchen were dirty, a lot of peeled paint near windows.

Poor WI-FI connection. The Wi-Fi network of the apartments exists and you can connect to it, but in fact there is no Internet. Lightning in the rooms is pretty weak. Linens have small stains on it.

Location is perfect. Apartments are located in the very centre of the Nuremberg. Check-in is simple and fast. There are a lot of different goods like coffee, tea, different electronics (tv, kettle, coffee machine etc.). There are all the things you could need for a hotel stay.

We messaged about the best place to park and never got a response. The room had lots of small things that didn't ruin the stay but could be fixed. There is no hot water at the "kitchen" sink so you know the dishes aren't really clean. The first knife i pulled out the drawer was dirty. The curtains let in a lot of light. The shower ran out of hot water quickly.

The room was cheap and in a great location. It was easy to walk anywhere we needed to go.

Double bed was a bit narrow. Showering is challenge, water is hot for 20s, the cold and the hot and so on. "Parking available" means find yourself nearest public car park (which is not that close). Can be noisy if windows are open in the night.

There was coffee and tea available. Good value for money. In the center. Basic but clean.

Unfortunately as soon as you enter the house there is a bad smell, booking for 3 and the third bed was not ready and we had to prepare it ourselves (sofa bed). Spacious bathroom with window but with almost detached and dangerous ceiling light. In the living room one of the two chandeliers had burned out bulbs and therefore a part of the living room could not be illuminated. Insufficient kitchen utensils, coffee cups were missing. Near the windows are evident patches of mold.

The house is in the center of Nuremberg in a strategic point.

Few things need a repair (one of the window blinds, the shower door, one light was not working). I also asked the owner to recommend a parking place and they never responded.

Few electrical cooking item was not working, shower cabin not working, entrance door not closing tight, cold air comming inside and noises, generally noise buiding,neighboring noisy apartments, owners/administrators not answering to calls and messages we have sent to them, the appartment we saw was changed , it can be seen into the messages regarding acces into the property, just to earn some cash from us, we was generally dissapointed.

My only criticisms are very minor, the pillows were duck feather and very soft therefore not to our liking and the lack of a dustpan and brush. That's it, everything else is fantastic

Excellent location. Close to the central station and a few minutes walk to the U-Bahn. Lots of attractions close by and everything was exactly as the host had said it would be. Highly recommended!
