The outside of the property was a little bit run down but that is not at the fault of the host.

We had very straightforward instructions on how to access our room outside the check in time. When we arrived late everything was clean and just as it looks on the photos.

I forgot to ask about the parking, so finding a place to park near the apartment Saturday evening was very difficult

Great location where you can find any stores easily or Restaurant and cafe. The staff is very helpfull and you can find them easily next to the apartment and we also allowed to early check in. The facilities inside the room looks really new and well maintain and also very clean. Good for value during the Medica fair.

This is like AirBNB, so you check in at a handphone shop and there’s no real service. If you have a long stay and plan to cook then you’ll have a bit of trash lying around since they don’t clean daily. Of course, you can likely dispose of it somewhere yourself since you’re staying in an apartment building.

Like in college, staying in a two-bedroom Dachwohnung. Neighbourhood was mixed with some delicious Middle eastern dessert shops, a Balkan bakery, but also an Edeka.

This is an apartment with no living room, and the kitchen is basic with limited amenities. There were some safety concerns at night, so families with children may need to evaluate the surroundings carefully.

Quick and helpful responses from the owner, clean house, convenient location with Edeka across the street.

Bedrooms are attached and you have to pass through one to get to another. Privacy could be an issue depending on travel group. Kitchenware was limited which was fine for our stay overnight but could be a challenge for an extended stay. Dropping bags and short term parking is challenging. We dropped our vehicle in long-term parking for a flight from DUS the next day and a took a taxi back.

Cottage feel in an attached ground floor multi-family building. Safe, secure location in the heart of cuisine from the Middle East and Northern Africa. Kind, respectful neighbors who wanted to share their traditions and culture. It was the perfect stay for our family of 5 prior to our flight from DUS.

The heating was completely off and the place was cold on the evening we arrived (January, with two kids). Was easy to switch it on, but it didn't fully warmed through the weekend we spent there. One bed had a broken frame, so was not really comfortable. The host promised to take care of it after we reported it.

The place would need some refurbishment. Furniture was very basic, some cupboards quite unstable. Glass in the sleeping room door was broken and unsecured. There is no parking and finding a public parking spot was very difficult.

A nice quiet place with easy access to public transport. All basic facilities are there.

15 days before our arrival I informed the owner that one of us was in the hospital and it was very difficult to travel. I asked him to cancel it or change the dates many times. Even booking begged him to help us. Nobody never answered (just pressed deny to booking). We were forced to come 2 of 3 so we wouldn’t miss the money. After that the WC wasn’t clean, the TV had no signal, the room was cold (1 radiator for the whole room) and the noice of the roomers room much.

There is minimum hanger to hang our jackets and clothes. TV programme not well adjusted. Basic kitchen utensils. Garden view not weel groomed.

Many stores and supermarket in the neighbourhood to fulfill your needs. Quiet accomodation behind the busy street. Public transport station in walking distance.
