Unfortunately the keys weren't inside the box, so we had to call and the employee (even if super kind) didn't really know what to do. Eventually they managed to open another box, so we had another apartment. The apartment was great but still wasn't what we booked. Also, there are no shower gel, shampoo. There was only a little bar of soap. I found a little incoherent that we didn't have body soap but we did have dish soap... For what we paid I would have expected a little better treatment and an easier check-in/check-out (as we had to go late to a work appointmenet because they needed us to check-in/check-out in person)...

The apartment is vary spacious and in a very good position.

apartments are actually scattered in several different buildings around the rental office - we had to walk a bit more than expected. the buildings are a bit outdated and for they price they charge could be renovated

While we were here, there was construction work ongoing in the apartment below ours. This couldn't be planned, I guess, but it made our stay less enjoyable due to the noise.

The reception desk was very close to the apartment. It was pretty easy as everything had been organized beforehand. Same when it came time to leave. The apartment had some amenities (dishwasher product for example), but lacked others (laundry detergent).

The entrance, foyer, elevator and hallways were filthy, sticky and smelled of stale beer. Elevator foyer was dark —so dark we couldn’t tell whether there was a light fixture at all.

Location was excellent and within walking distance to restaurants, grocery store, parking and sights. Apartment was very spacious, light, airy and clean. Reminded us of apartments in Russia, which wasn’t too surprising once we learned building was located in what was formerly East Berlin

The bed was too hard and sleeping was not the best. We had no internet for 2 days out of 3. The stove top did not seem to work and there was no microwave to heat things. The tub was slippery for showering.

Location. Room size and brightness was good. The kitchen with a refrigerator was nice.

The reception is in a totally different building/street. The main door was open half of the time. Plus the lock at my apartment seemed to have been broken at some point. Didn’t feel too safe.

Great location, close to public transport, washing machine is a great add on.

Bed was a bit hard but fine and although you have an ironing board, there was no iron! Also if more than 5 days, you’ll need to buy your own toilet roll!!

Extremely well located for all the key sites in centre of Berlin. Clean, well presented and equipped. Not uber luxurious but very comfortable and just incredible value. Right by the bus stop and over cafes/restaurants.

There should have a tea bag or coffee for the guest, as they just arrived and need a cup of something to sit down and drink before they can find out the local cafeteria. And also in the morning there very few coffee shops are open early in the mornings.

Missed coffee filters, swamps/brush for manual dish washing, and maybe a portion or two of salt. Late check in (15:00) and early check out (10:00). Some street noise, and a bit hard beds - but some like it like that.

Spacious and nearly spotless apartment 2 minutes away from Brandenburger Tor, Unter den Linden and even closer to the Holocaust Memorial. A short walk from Checkpoint Charlie and Mall of Berlin. Also a good grocery and vine store a few blocks away. High floor- but quick elevator. Fridge, coffee machine, dishwasher, etc. Big sofa and dining table.

The shower was poorly planned and difficult to use. No air conditioning (however there were heaters) but it did get a bit warm at times.

It was nice and spacious! It was in the perfect spot. The staff were wonderful. Great restaurants nearby. Easy walking distance to the station

There was no AC but thankfully it was a nice few days of weather. The apartment is sparse of any decor and so it felt sterile. But that didn’t deter us from enjoying the space.

No stove, no microwave, a single extra roll of toilet paper, no cleaning service, no extra anything even for a week's stay - "this is not a hotel, you'll need to get your own supplies". Sure thing, you write your own ravaging reviews.

The location is excellent, one block from the Brandenburg Gate and Tiergarten park, two metro stations each one block away. The apartment is roomy, it was squeaky clean when we arrived and the facilities are good.
