Nice area, clean place

The fridge was small and hard to access. The bathroom was too tiny for me. There was not enough room to sit on the toilet because the shower was in the way (granted I'm 6'4"). the shower was also too small for me. I couldn't reach the floor without turning off the water. I also expected some toiletries. There was half used bottles of shampoo and conditioner, a tube of paste and one Q-tip. I think for the price there should be some soap. And more than 1.5 rolls of TP. The maid woke my up the first morning, but then my apartment was never serviced. I wasn't expecting it to be, but IO wasn't expecting to be woken up either. Granted is was probably noon, but I just flew in from CA.

Location was unreal good. The host was nice and brought the keys. The accommodations were ok. When I had trouble with the internet, they responded and helped me resolve the issue.

Internet did not work. Lift was also not working properly. The bathroom (shower) was not that clean. Noisy, due to tram just in from of the apartment, which you can hear very clearly.

Nice bedroom, comfortable bed. It's 30min waking from the centre, but the locations is very nice anyway. It has a lot of shops and restaurants in the neighbourhood.

I did't get the free wifi to work (and the password was very difficult te read on the sign in the room). The sink in the bathroom is tiny and does not provide hot water (for shaving), but maybe i didn't wait long enough.

The location is good, near an underground stop and near the Severinstrasse with nice shops and bars.

The water in the shower took a long time to warm up (perhaps only a 5th floor problem) and the sink in the bathroom took a long time to drain.

The apartment was clean and generally comfortable. The location is not that close to the centre of the city, but the neighbourhood is nice and walking around at night in the area felt safe.

The room overlooks a busy road with a tram track running down it - noise from to road and transport is really loud with the windows open. More information regarding what to do with rubbish on check out would be helpful. TV signal (for normal analogue channels ZDF, die erste) not very good.

Location is great in terms of area, access to public transport. Kitchen and bathroom well equipped.

The WiFi password didn't work. Not a comment on the accommodation, but do not try the sushi place next door even though it is recommended on the information card in the room - the options are weird, and I found the food hygiene to be poor at my cost.

The studio apartment was large, clean and comfortable. The fridge was useful for storing takeaway food. There were towels and bath supplies provided. Very good location; close to public transport, supermarkets, and dining options.

Issues with the wifi that was resolved late on the evening. As we were only staying one night it is safe to say that we couldn't use it. Only one toilet paper roll. A bit noisy in the morning.

Good location, clean, easy to find, bed is comfy, lots of shops nearby!

Very noisy at night with trolly running in front of house. it was very hot, would have been nice to have a fan? Elevator was broken and apartment is on 4th floor

Tram is passing in front of the house. Especially of you leave the windows open, then it is difficult to sleep from the sound

It was a nice and clean room. There were supplies in the bathroom. It is in the center of süd-köln and there are many cafes and restaurants around it.

There was only 1 little sofa. The curtains were so bad, there was a lot of sun coming through (from the sides, curtains to little). no second bedside table. and also no wall outlet next to the bed. There should also be more pillows. Far from the center but there is a tram close by. no internet on the tv. And the tv was really old, bas screen.

it was really clean and the kitchen is nice. coffee and tea available (but only 2 pads coffee so we had to buy new ones and also tea not so much)

I could not find the code to the wifi. There was also some noise from the street. Had I not brought ear plugs it might have been difficult to sleep. Otherwise very comfortable! I would stay again for sure.

I loved the box of snacks and other amenities such as coffee and tea. Also the fact that it was located in a real apartment building made it feel like a home away from home. It was very easy to arrive late with the keybox instructions.

The TV reception is not great.

Great location, and very comfy. Nice bathroom and balcony as well. The bed was excellent. There was a couple of water bottles, a bottle of wine and some Nespresso capsules for free.

The room is very small. The bathroom can barely fit one person there. For 2-3 people, as it is mentioned in the description, it feels a bit claustrophobic. The internet also did not work properly

The location is very good as it is 5min away from Chlodwigplatz. Super central, you can easily reach every area of Cologne. Checking in and checking out was also easy! The host let us checking out later due to our flight being at around 13h :)

Very nice furnishings with a balcony. The apartment is in a great location. You can quickly reach the cathedral, and there are all kinds of shops, nice cafes, or bars nearby. The bed is very comfortable, I slept very well.

The appartment couldn't fit the 3 people that it said. It couldn't even fit 2 people sleeping in separate beds, which I booked for.

The word apartment is pushing it. A bed with a hot plate and on a busy busy street where trains go by a minimum of once an hour. I am a heavy sleeper and I was awoken each time a train went by. Instructions for the boxes need to be expanded. There is a dongle keypad that we kept trying to use and one must pull down a little lever at the top of each box in order to show what equates to a bike lock to get the keys. Thank God they have an elevator, though it`s interesting how to use it. We also had the other pleasure of pulling into the driveway with no room to turn around just to find that we were in the garage area of another building, and the woman kept yelling at us. Better instructions regarding parking could help.

There is allot close to here in terms of restaurants, etc.
