Because of construction sites, the trains are sometimes delayed or canceled, and you must wait a long time for the next one. Considering when you go to Cologne for the trade fair because there is only one train line connected directly to Cologne. The building has no elevator, so it's hard to carry big luggage up or down.

The flat is so close to the train station, quiet and comfortable. The host is supportive.

Kitchen door needs a blind or curtain to keep daylight out in the early morning hours as when the sun rises the room bedroom area lights up. P\arking is not on site and the 'drop off' spaces outside the property were always full of cars meaning no opportunity to use this option. The Hansacentrum parking garage highlighted by the host, which was €10 a day pay on exit, is a suitable location for secure parking but the area between the apartment and the car park isn't the most pleasant especially outside of daytime hours. The locality of the apartment is takeaway central and thus attracts night-time custom. Sofa bed isn't the most comfortable when in the sofa format but no complaints from the child who used for bedtime. Host could provide information in the welcome pack with regards to the parking discs that are required in the area as local amenities such as supermarkets, fast food restaurants etc require a blue timing disc to be displayed. A Google search provided the answers but this was after a few days when realising the significant necessity as opposed to a minor inconvenience.

Apartment was extremely clean and well furnished. Big screen TV with Netflix being set up in different language profiles was a fantastic touch given that terrestrial TV was not required. Small touches with regards to staple items in kitchen was well received such as cooking oil, spaghetti and pesto, bottled water etc. Nespresso coffee machine and pods provided for those in need of a caffeine fix. Dishwasher, two ring hob and combination microwave oven were available within the property. Ample towels and toilet rolls provided along with washing facilities and detergent for longer stays. Host interactions were professional and timely via Booking.com site and WhatsApp. Overall would thoroughly recommend the property to others! Felt like a home from home.

No elevator Attic (levels)

The location is perfect close to the main station. Although the building is old with no elevator (luggage), the interiors are new, calm vibes & clean. The apartment was tastefully decorated and well equipped. It has access to the back garden. There were snacks and pasta as well! The owner was very responsive to all our needs and helpful.

The Transportation is close, maybe too close... in the apartment on floor level there is a resonance from the Tram that passing by. But I used to it. The advantages are mush more than this disadvantage. Its a sleeping suburb town. For good and Bad.

The flat and facilities are all nice, clean and new. The Kitchen is well equipped. They even supply a Bluetooth speaker. Netflix and Hight speed WiFi The Host Mrs. Dunja, was very responsive and helpful. Even after I Check-out. The Location is good if you are heading to the , Dusseldorf Messe. about 18 Km and 20 min drive without traffic from this direction to the Messe. For Public transportation you are 100 meters form the Central Train Station and Trams. I like Turkish food , and have tasty restaurants all around. Although is very central, There are a lot of parking places with and without payment.

The location isn’t great… big city vibes, but it has a lot of parkings and the train station close to it… so that’s definitely a handy extra!

Great contact with the owner. She’s super friendly, welcoming and helpful. The apartment itself was also very clean, well-equipped and felt brand-new!
