Nothing, I was only indifferent about the staff question as we didn’t see any in our stay, nothing we needed help with to gauge if a problem or not.

I think that check in should be possible after 6 pm. After all it's a hotel next to a famous circuit, a lot of people are travelling by car and getting there before 6 may imply changing plans and rushing your day. Take this into consideration when booking.

Apex is the perfect hotel for someone who's going to Nurburgring track and needs a comfortable place to stay. Located in the main street of Nurburg, it's just a few minutes from the track and the hotel has a wide range of services to support your experience at the track. The room was comfortable and clean.

Staff was very helpful and reception is practically available all hours of track access. They are one of the unique hotels with a car garage.

My only complaint, and it is very minor, would be that the room did not have a table/desk, so using a laptop or having somewhere to place things other than at the minibar was limited.

The location is great, easy to find and convenient to the track. The room was simple and clean, and the complimentary minibar was nice. All of the staff were friendly and helpful. I also rented a car preped for the track from them, and that was a phenomenal experience!

Maybe the small amount of time that you can check in the hotel.

The room was spotless, the minibar was full of goodies(water, beers, and really good juice) which I think was a really nice touch. The coffee in the room was also delicious and we enjoyed all the amenities. The room was big and had all the necessary things. Parking was good. I really loved our stay and we will come back for sure

Air conditioning would be really beneficial as the hotel is busiest in the summer months and not having this did make for some broken sleep during the night. A fan was in the room as an attempt to help, but even on the ground floor it was very hot. Appreciate you can't predict the weather though.

Room was exceptional in terms of cleanliness and decor. It felt very smart. The coffee machine and fridge in the room was ideal and to my surprise, the contents of the fridge were included in the room rate! Considering the relatively small price paid for the room I was overwhelmed at the value for money. The staff were also lovely, speaking many different languages which is great for us lazy Brits who seem to struggle with anything other than English. Misha was particularly nice, given we fanboy'd over him for a good 5 minutes and asked for a photo (sorry, we didn't want to be 'that guy'!) On my last day, a young lad was mowing the lawn and keeping things up together in the parking areas, which added to the feeling that the location is consiatently well looked after. Top work Apex, I will be back (with friends) hopefully next year!

Beds are a bit hard, but since that's the only improvement we can think of, it's still pretty fantastic!

Best place we have ever stayed at Nurburgring! Fresh and modern rooms with everything you need and the sweetest and most helpful team :) You don't find a better location near the track, restaurants and with good parking. We already want to book our next stay :)

Perfect location for access to the track. Safe parking on-site. Room was great and had everything you would need big tv free mini bar tea and coffee. Staff were really helpful.

Just perfect...Easy access to Nurburgring.A lovely restaurant just around the corner.Lovely clean room with everything one needs . Definitely recommend it.

It's a shame breakfast isn't included as Apex doesn't have any catering facilities but this is a minor gripe. You can get some breakfast at nearby ED petrol station or next door at the Tiergarten if you pay.

Excellent location, close to the track, good parking, super clean. Coffee / tea facilities in the room, nice size fridge stocked with a few drinks included. Bed and shower are excellent.

No air conditioning in the room. It was quite expensive compared to other facilities in this town.

If you have motorcycle the car park not great have to park on a hill ask if we could park on the flat was told to park in the car bay on the hill had to be very careful not to drop or have are bikes fall down the hill
