the aparmant was great and in a perfect location. We also had a very spacious, clean, modern and useful apartment. We, two friends, came for a fair and it was only 5 minutes away from the Messe Dusseldorf area. In addition, the hotel manager is an excellent person and always pays close attention to the needs of the hotel and its guests. We thank him very much for his hospitality. I will stay here again when I come to Dusseldorf. Also, don't forget to ask him where a great Italian restaurant is, he will have a good recommendation for you. 😊

Lovely guesthouse, big comfortable rooms and rain shower in the bathroom. Topped with a warm welcome from Willi and a tasty continental breakfast with local cheeses and salami, bread fresh from the bakery a few minutes up the road. Check in was self-service since I arrived mid-afternoon, with easy clear instructions sent to me by email and a phone call to guide me on arrival. Easy to find, and a very convenient location with the local airport bus stop a few metres away and two U-Bahn stops within a few hundred metres. Highly recommend if visiting the local area or attending an event at the Messe exhibition centre. Tip: I initially couldn’t get any wifi but this worked perfectly once I turned off my vpn.

Apartment only suitable to live for 2 people (mostly for 3) for longer staying, advertisement claims that it's for 4. Yes, there are 4 beds, but it would be hard to comfortably move within apartment for such qty of people.

Rooms where clean, Willie (person, who served breakfast) was helpful. Beds are comfortable enough.

It was easy to see that Mr. Sonnen took his guests needs and wishes very seriously, and had even helped me when I needed to have an article delivered to the apartment for the Caravan Salan Messe. I would definately come back!

The place could have used small shampoo bottles or toothpaste similar to what hotels usually do. But other than that. All was great! Definitely will repeat.

According to the pictures, we were expecting to have small dining table and chair in there, but there wasn’t any. Not a deal breaker though.

Very comfortable apartment with a friendly host, they allowed us to have an early checkin and late checkout at no extra cost. It's located in a quit and lovely neighbourhood. The host was very responsive every time we called them for a question.

This is a nice place to stay.The owner was like a father to me starting from the moment I arrive.It is in the center of everything,The shopping place was very close,more than 4 good shops.Very clean apartment.Very good area to walk or jogging around.I will surely visit there again.

most of the facilities stated on the website are not in the property. There is no fridge, coffee or tea, no iron or kitchenware; the property is not soundproofing. there is a dining area and kitchen which the owner of the property closed for me but he opened it for other guests. The place is too noisy and the owner keeps speaking loudly till late hours. owner's dog is jumping into my room and on my bed several times.

near airport planes taking off

Those looking for modest accommodation near the airport or exhibition center will be satisfied. The owner is nice and active. The individual apartments are big enough. The problem is the planes that take off from the nearby airport directly through the accommodation - not for early risers :)

the room was very cold i understand the current problems with gas but you do not want to arrive or wake up into cold room even upon the arrival i switched the heating from 0 to 5 but it did not work
