Everything was really nice except the temperature inside the room, there was an AC but it didn't work that well. It was sooo hot. This is why I put a 3 out of 4 on the comfort area.

Malte who was at the reception was really nice and professional. He was so welcoming and truly tried to help us even for some tips for visiting Konstanz. We travel a lot and I cannot remember a person who treated us as such. He even wanted to provide us a blanket for our dog. Thank you Malte.

It’s a little bit out of Konstanz in an industrial area, but I knew that beforehand. Upside to that is it is pretty peaceful at night.

Very clean and functional. Great communication from the staff and instructions for my late arrival were very clear! Comfortable bed, good bathroom with shower pressure fantastic (I’m a shower snob!). Nice breakfast included. Bus and train are short walks away if not using own transport.

The only think I did not like is the parking fee of 6 euro/day... there is not an indoor parking and the hotel has not a central position. So I think this is not justifiable.

Rooms are very spacious and cozy, in the morning a very rich breakfast is served at breakfast room, staff is friendly and helpful. The structure is located in a quiet area, a few step away from the bus stop, with the Bodensee Card supplied by the hotel you can reach the city centre with free buses

The wifi signal strength in our room was a bit poor. Our phones needed to be reconnected to the wifi every 20-30 minutes.

First and foremost, I was impressed with how we were treated as guests. The staff was welcoming and passionate about helping travelers enjoy their city. We were presented with a small booklet of the city with public transport information, restaurant recommendations, and activity suggestions for good or bad weather conditions. Our rooms were wonderfully decorated and pristinely clean. Complete five star experience - this was my favorite hotel of our vacation.

Personally, I would add a kettel with tee and coffee in the room.

Super friendly employees (since housekeeping till reception) no doubt they enjoy working and they share it with a smile every day. The decoration and thematic of the hotel is really calmed and motivates you to relax. Breakfast is much superior to a 3-star hotel with an extensive variety of dishes. The room is comfy and silent, the same with the bathroom, which is also clean and well equipped.

Wonderful Hotel, with extremely friendly and welcoming staff that makes you feel at home. Location is good and close to everything through public transportation, room very spacious, clean and comfortable and the breakfast was very tasty! Super recommended!

We did not realize that most hotels in Konstanz are in the industrial zone and therefore too far to walk to the city

This is indeed a very nice hotel and the bteakfast is more like a brunch, very exceptional. Nice interior decorating

There were lots of scented candles burning which affected my allergies quite badly.

Parking - the parking lots are very slim so if you have a bigger car, you need to park somewhere else or take the risk of hitting or being hit :( .

Staff - very supportive and approchable; Food - breakfast has a lot of options to choose; Room - clean and big, more than enough for us. Location is good if you have a car or if you want to take the bus. It's close to a supermarket and to the bus station. We ordered the family room which was really spacious and comfortable. The room was clean and everything was new. The bathroom was fully facilitated and respectfully offering high quality soap, shampoo and conditioner Breakfast buffet was full of fresh food and various choices for every taste. The team was very polite always smiling and willing to help The hotel decoration as well as the room decoration were unique and fresh
