The instructions at the entrance - which room to go to, what the appropriate codes are - were cumbersome and uncomfortable. At the time I arrived, there was no staff.

I was upgraded from a single room to an apartment suitable for a family. The place is clean, quiet and very comfortable. There are restaurants and cafes nearby.

Everything was great and central for our needs. Staff in particular Maria was excellent with her beautiful smile always well coming guests and very helpful with our needs also she was a fabulous guide too. We would recommend Arabel design apartment .

There was a small kitchenette, but with no sharp knife or frying pan. So you can't really use the kitchenette for cooking. But there is great food around 👌

Communication between Booking.Com and Hotel created confusion. Created a stressful situation for us, but hotel showed professionalism by accommodating our request. While booking, Booking.Com seems to be taking more responsibility, but when it comes to resolving conflicts then, they call themselves JUST an intermediary and leave the problem to be solved between customer and hotel. Responses are too late to take make a decision + they are confusion masters. That's not good at all for a company working in service sector. I felt the hotel room tariffs bit pricey. Could have been a better offer.

Good location. Hotel staff was very much accommodating despite of some communication confusion (created by themselves :) ). Good connectivity for sight seeing. Kudos to the house keeping staff. Thanks to the reception staff in ensuring car parking for 4 cars.

There were no bedside tables or lamps in the 3rd bedroom and it wasn't made up as a King bed. There was a bit of concern around the deposit, but it all worked out fine.

The apartment was serviced every day. The staff went the extra mile to accommodate our check-in and check-out times and gave very friendly and professional support. Very spacious apartment.

Clean, quiet and had everything I needed. I love Rituals body products and this saves me taking my own products with. The apartment was cleaned when I went out and I had the luxury of coming back to a clean apartment. The bathroom is spacious and the shower is big and comfortable. I had the Studio Comfort due to the 4th floor location I requested. The staff were also so accommodating and friendly. I am going back to the same apartment... already booked. There is parking available at request.

The only downside was that, even with all the heating off and the open windows, the apartment was very warm especially at night. I find the pet fee bit too expensive, 15euros/night (per pet), especially because the cleaning service is provided only once every two days.

The apartment is really nice, spacious and clean. The kitchen could be a little bit more furnished but is provided of the essential. The staff is extremely nice and accommodating. The location is really good, close to the market, several supermarkets, coffee places and everything needed. Also few meters from the u-bahn stop. The option of reserving a parking space in the courtyard is very comfortable and in the end not more expensive than the parking fee in the adjacent streets.

The noise from the other guests, the lack of an elevator. Although it was mentioned somewhere on the first page that a deposit will be held on arrival, I find that this is a bit abusive and it should be written in big letters on the booking page of the accomodation.
