Very clean, very central. Reception was very good and price/perfomance is perfect. There is a full kitchen in the room which is convenient for families. Very close to Hauptbahnhof and city center. Definitely recommended

I can not praise this hotel and staff enough. Fabulous apartment with everything you need for a self-catering break. Full kitchen with fridge freezer, full oven, and even a washing machine. Immaculately clean. And the added bonus of a furnished patio. Something you rarely get with city hotels. The staff were amazing, so pleasant and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. They shared their knowledge of the area advising on the best way to travel around together with advising of the best bars and restaurants. They even sorted out our boarding passes for the return journey home. A great place to stay if you are visiting Munich City centre. Location was perfect, with great travel options.

Immediate neighborhood does not offer much in the way of a cool scene. Not the most romantic facility. But my criteria for this hotel on this trip was purely utilitarian, and it delivered everything I needed.

Location was convenient to train and bus stations. At check in, I was upgraded to a room in the back which looked over a green roof, and that was very nice. I’d happily stay here again, especially if I scored that room again. Found a great Yemeni bakery a couple blocks away for breakfast.

Location is convenient and safe enough, however can seem a bit rough at night. Streets near the station is not as nice as the old town, however old town is only a quick tram ride away. Tram station and public transport is very close

Good facilities, had washing machine which was very convenient for laundry. Well equiped kitchen. Location very close to main Munich station. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

A couple lights didn't seem to work

Very large apartment and excellent value for money. Comfortable, clean, and bathroom was modern, plus had washing machine - although no dryer. Despite overlooking a busy road, I couldn't hear much noise. Staff were very helpful, and late night check-in was an option (they leave the key with the casino staff next door)

We already knew when booking that the apartment was located close to the main station, so it was not a surprise to see that the area is not the safest. I would be reluctant to stay there alone - despite being super close to the city center. If you don't mind the location - it is definitely a great pick!

The apartment was great, clean and well-equiped. It has a good size and lift. The reception guy was super gentle and they helped us with recommendation and parking. It was also super clean.

Overall it was great! Lack of parking might be an issue for those driving but there are easy enough workarounds. The refrigerator needed to be cleaned before we arrived but it wasn’t so dirty that we could still put containers in it

The surroundings was a little bit dodgy and felt unsafe, as is the areas near train station in every major city.

There were separate bedrooms and two bathrooms with two showers. This was really a plus if there are many of you. Compared to the price, this was a really comfortable stay.

Everything! It was spacious, with a separate bedroom, which suited our six night stay. It was warm, so lovely to come back to when it was such a cold week in Munich. We could wash our clothes and they dried quickly on the airer provided. A well appointed kitchen. Plenty of towels and service for the room if requested. Always a smiling and welcoming receptionist on duty. A warm and inviting coffee shop around the corner, a supermarket in close proximity and close to the train station. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Wasn’t much of a view outside the window but we didn’t really mind as we weren’t there to sit on the balcony anyway.

The location is very good, only 5 minutes from the main station and about 10 minutes to the old town And we are lucky that we can check in at 9 am, because our train came at 6:30am. The receptionist also very helpfull
