Some stains here and there on the carpet. The washer and dryer always had other people's clothes in it and left unattended for a long time until you remove them yourself.

The room and shower was nice. The elevators were nice and modern. The breakfast was great. Walking distance to the metro. Grocery and coffee shops nearby. Overall the stay was very nice.

when we got to our room after check in time the was a do not disturb sign on the door and when we went in the bed wasn’t made, the towels looked used, and no toilet paper. then, I went down to reception and they helped us out.

The person at reception was very helpful and friendly, the laundry facilities were great, the shower was lovely.

Everything worked as it should, it was clean, just the right size and quiet, excellent breakfast choices in a well run cafeteria, the staff on reception were very helpful and very friendly, the location was so good with bus and underground stops very close by and there were multiple choices for eating out nearby. We could easily get to the swimming pools and the central station. Really pleased with this hotel.

We asked the receptionist to change our room from double to twin and he upgraded it to a bigger one. The hotel is near to the centre and Subway stations and it has nice clean rooms

There were no coffe/ tea making facilities in the room.

The bed was comfortable. We were on a busy road, but traffic noise was minimal ( very quiet at night anyway). The shower was very good, such a bonus!

According to the room description we expected a sofa for 3rd person, but there was a folding bed. The room had a kitchen area, but no dishes or cutlery, only two tea cups and teaspoons. We asked for a third glass and cup, and it were been given to us immediately from the bar. Probably, you can ask for other dishes, we didn’t ask.

The beds are very German, meaning uncomfortably hard, at least to my taste. Breakfast was somewhat expensive but there are possibilities everywhere. My biggest concern was that when I got to the apartment, there were no kitchen supplies--utensils, containers, plates. When I asked downstairs I was told the hotel didn't provide them.. NOT TRUE. I mentioned it later in the week and the clerk told me they were available upon request. She then produced a crate with essentials. That solved the problem but perhaps the hotel should make sure the staff is fully informed. Otherwise it is a fine place, and I will stay there again.

The hotel is immaculate, clean everywhere. This applies to my apartment suite. On the fourth floor, windows across the entire wall gave a view of Nymphenburgstrasse and the area. The hotel is in a great area of Munich, near Rotkreuzplatz with U-Bahn, Tram, and buses nearby. The neighborhood is lively but very civilized, with food and restaurants nearby. The staff was gracious and accommodating.

The AC is a bit cold even though I set the temperature quite high. The faucet is not really intuitive as well.. also there’s no kitchen equipment in the kitchen, not even some plates, bowl, or cutleries. Also the first receptionist assigned us the wrong hotel room (downgraded)

The apartment suite was spacious and amazing. The breakfast was tasty and there are a lot of choices. The male receptionist is very helpful.

Front desk staff friendly and very helpful. A clean and very comfortable room. Looked after luggage after a late check out...The movie themed rooms provide an interesting backstory to the hotels past...Hotel is a short stroll from Rotkreuzplatz market shops and outdoor coffee and eateries.
