The bathroom set-up is really bad. There are a few hotel which separates toilet from shower/sink, and this should be explicitly written in boldface letters. The hotel room we got goes a step further, or should I write a step backward? The sink and the bath tube are inside the main room area, while the toilet is in a small room of its own. That's a weird setup, and unexpected.

The breakfast was very good: breads, croissant, espresso, natural yoghurt, fruits, etc. The staff was very nice, and the room was clean. The hotel is nearby the main train station and, although an overhaul construction work makes walking confusing, it is still very convenient. The hotel is near a nice shopping center, nice restaurants and downtown area.

They could improve rooms reservation system — we requested one big bed, I was additionally contacted property — was important for us because the little one sometimes is sleeping in the middle. But was not possible to receive confirmation. In the end the room was with 2 mattresses with the space between. After some discussion only they found another room and we could move. They had room but somehow without discussion didn’t want to give it to us…. The pillows also not comfortable.

Breakfast is very good, a lot of choice, fresh fruits and vegetables, menu for kids, and stuff in the restaurant very friendly. Location is great. Near to the Zoo.

we helped the bees by not having our room cleaned but when we asked for toilet paper, facial tissues, the one staff member seemed surprised? he asked us almost why we needed it? I said we have terrible allergies but we shouldn’t have to justify why and he had no idea if we had been there 5 nights already. if you’re going to ask us to help the bees, then supplies like that should be easily accessible. like maybe have a piece of paper we can check off asking for supplies and leave it at front desk or on our door.

Room looked a little tired, could do with a lick of paint. Carpet showing signs of wear in room and corridor. One lift broken during the entire stay.

No food could be had after 10pm - not even a snack.

Staff at the reception desk were brilliant. I arrived after 10pm due to heavy traffic and as the kitchen had already closed there was no food available. Not even a pack of crips or nuts at the bar. And the mini bars n the rooms are empty. If they can improve here its a great place to stay.

Car chargers are not available. For the time being, there is construction at the front entrance, although this is necessary.

Clean room. Location is close to main train station, and a few minutes to the centre of town. Staff are friendly. Good fresh breakfast. Gym on site.

The room was spacious and most important sparkling clean. Walking distance from Stuttgart Hauptbahnhof with small gradient. Walkway entrance was going under construction hence have to enter through the main entrance.

The pedestrian path from the Hbf was not easy due to constructions in the area. When I tried to call 0 on the phone , the system was not working.
